I love Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid Foundation. As the name suggests, it gives exactly a nice smooth satiny finish. Upon seeing this product, it looks exactly like any other foundation bottle, I do like the pump top as it's hygienic and it dispenses just the right amount of foundation each time. A little goes a long way. I applied the foundation using a blender and it applied onto my face so effortlessly. After a day at work (8 hours), my complexion still looked smooth and satin like. My skin didn't feel dry or too oily, it was nice hydrated. For me, the coverage was medium, which was perfect in covering some light freckles, dark eye circles and some light pigmentation. I did need to add a little extra concealer underneath my eye to achieve the desired result. I would recommend this foundation to anyone with dry to normal skin. It's priced well and readily available. I hope this foundation will perform just as well in summer as it did in spring (currently).

I enjoy all things produced by Burt's Bees, and this particular nourishment facial oil certainly didn't disappoint, however I wished it didn't have such a strong smell/scent. Firstly I loved the simple yet functional bottle dropper. It's just fuss free and it dispenses just the right amount of oil. I trialled on and off for almost 2 weeks, I liked the result however I truly didn't enjoy the scent. It smelt like eucalyptus even though it wasn't part of the ingredient, as a whole, it smelt a little medicinal to me. The first time I tried, I had to wash it off my skin because my brain just couldn't accept the scent. I stopped using it on my face, instead started using it on my legs and feet, I tend to get very dry skin in those areas. It absorbs quickly into my skin, after 2-3 days of using it, the skin on my legs felt much smoother and less scaly looking. My feet also felt smoother and less "old" looking. I would've loved to have given this product a more accurate review (ie. by using it on my face), however I will not be using this product as a facial oil, I will stick with my trusty Trilogy and Estee Lauder facial range. The market for facial oil is highly competitive, and this little bottle for almost $38.00 in my opinion is a little on the high end (in comparison to other brands). I would've liked to see it priced closer to $30.00 mark. Unfortunately this product is not for me.

I'm a huge fan of body moisturising creams because I generally have dry skin on my body, especially my feet as I wear flip flops a lot, so I was so happy to trial this product. Like the instruction says to apply twice daily, after only a few days, there was a noticeable difference to the appearance and feel of my skin. It became soft, silky, and not dry scaly looking. The cream is lightweight, and scent free, may very well be suitable even for people with sensitive skin. It absorbs fast, so you can dress quicker. I would recommend this cream to everyone. It's priced well, and I will most certainly repurchase in the future.

I was never a big fan of the mascara, always found it a hassle to curl the lashes, apply the mascara, make sure not to get it onto the skin, and the final stage of brushing out any clumps. However as much as the process can be tedious, I do love the end result of fuller more defined lashes. With 2 coats of Max Factor Velvet Volume False Lash Effect mascara, I was able to achieve fuller, longer looking lashes. It was soft to touch, evenly applied without any clumps. As for the "false lash effect", I didn't see an obvious visible difference. I liked the wand, it's not too thin nor too thick, just the right circumference to get a sturdy hold and achieve a breezy application. This mascara was a winner for me because my pet peeve with any mascaras are the ugly spider looking clumps, so I was happily surprised to see no clumps and yet fuller lashes. I would've gave 5 stars if the price was $19.95.

As I enter my 30s, I have definitely noticed many more fine lines and skin irregularities creeping through. I started using anti ageing products in my late 20s in the hope that it will delay the inevitable ageing process. Some products were a hit and others were a miss. Thanks to BH for giving me the opportunity to trial this product. Eternal Youth is neither a hit or a miss. I'm a sucker for pretty packaging. The lid of the container resembles diamond facets. The scent reminds me of Elizabeth Arden Green Tea, although the scent is not overpowering but it definitely lingers. The lotion is creamy and thick, however it absorbed into my skin amazingly quick. This is both a day and night cream. I find myself reaching for it each night but not each morning. I personally only use day creams that contain SPF. However in saying that, I have applied this lotion during the day underneath my makeup and my makeup glided on easily and lasted the whole day without a touch up. I'm pleased this cream did not cause any breakouts. My face and neck felt nourished and looked radiant by the morning. Did it assist with cell renewal? I honestly cannot tell. After 6-7 weeks of using it almost everyday, there really isn't a huge improvement to my skin. I'm not a fan of day/night combination creams as without SPF during the day, it's pretty pointless. This product has performed well as a night cream. It looks expensive, it feels expensive, it comes with a $70 price tag. Would I purchase this product? Probably not. I was pleased with the outcome, however I expected a bit more than simply to hydrate and increase the appearance of radiance on my skin.

I jumped at the chance to trial this product and I enjoyed every moment as part of the trial team for this wonderful serum. The packaging was extremely appealing to the eyes. The bottle is a midnight blue colour with a dropper on the end to dispense the serum. I loved the dropper as it was so easy to use and hygienic at the same time. The bottle overall looked expensive and elegant. This serum had a slight pleasant scent, not overpowering at all. It is light weight and not too thick or too runny. The consistency was perfect. I applied one drop on each cheek and one drop on the forehead. It soaked into my skin very quickly and the result was soft, silky and hydrated skin. It was very evident that this serum worked well for my skin as each morning when I woke up, I could really feel the difference and notice the overall appearance of my skin improve Would I purchase this product? Yes I would. It is expensive, however I believe if a product works well, then it is worth investing in. I would continue to use this serum and recommend it to family and friends.

There's a lot of hype surrounding this product and how well it should perform, therefore I had high hopes and I can honestly say that it did not impress nor disappoint The packaging had a clear top which was fantastic in identifying the colour quickly. I received the colour "Runway", which is more of a bronze shade, it didn't suit me very well.
I normally use pinks or slight reds. The initial application was easy and smooth, it felt moisturising on my lips. After about 10 minutes, once the formula has set, it started to feel dry (as like with any other long wear lip colour), so eventually I started to apply lip balm on top to keep my lips moist. Without drinking or eating, the colour lasted approximately 2 hours. I believe if there was eating involved, the colour would probably not last as long Given the price of $25.95, I think it's a little expensive for the quality and the packaging of the product. It certainly does not encourage me to go and purchase my suitable colour.

I received this wonderful product to trial thanks to BH. When I received the shaver I was a little skeptical thinking this will be just like any other shaver that has an inbuilt moisturising bar, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the results it did achieve and also the ease of use The rubber grip on the shaver made it easy to hold and not fall out of your hand. However the suction cup that came as part of the packaging wasn't very useful, as the shaver kept falling off it. The razor had 5 blades which I liked, it provided me with a close shave especially around the curves near the knee areas. The water activated moisturising serum helped with keeping my skin both hydrated during shaving and also after shaving, as a result my skin felt smooth and silky. Because of this serum, the whole process of shaving was made easy and fast. The only downside to this product is that there isn't a lot of moisturising serum per razor blade. I could only use it about 4-5 times before it ran out. Over a long term period it would become a little expensive to keep buying the razor blades. Overall, I really enjoyed using this shaver. It's definitely one of the best ones out in the market at the moment. I loved how my skin felt moisturised, smooth and silky. If this shaver had more moisturising serum on each razor, I would definitely consider purchasing it as value for money is definitely important.

Love the cute tin and the product smells delicious. It is a thick, non-oily balm. I found this product to be really moisturising and my cuticles feel softer than ever with regular use.

I love this mascara so much, it is by far the best I have used. It gives me great volume and length which is exactly what I need. It coats every single lash without any clumping. By the end of the day, there were no flakes near my eye, my curls were still in place and it easily washes off. A great mascara from Max Factor!
