I have a habit of purchasing, "Blue Black", as this colour is the darkest, and accentuates my pallor. The colour is very rich, and delivers brilliant shine. My hair has not faded a bit since I coloured it over two months ago. Pair this with a slick of red lippy and a couple of coats of mascara for a truly vamp look. When colouring, make sure to use a couple of old towels that you don't mind getting dirty. Before starting, wipe some baby oil or olive oil around your hairline and your ears. The colour won't stick to these areas.

Creamy and featherlight drying to a satiny soft finish. Effectively provides medium coverage, concealing small blemishes and uneven skin tone. Washes off easily with your favourite cleanser. I like to do a double cleanse to make sure I've gotten every trace of foundation off. The coverage is so light that I often forget I'm wearing it. I just love this compact, as it fits the bill for foundation/concealer and powder. Mac have such an impeccable reputation for promoting great makeup, I purchased this in N3 which is very fair. I often have trouble thing to get the right shade of foundation to match my Ivory colouring. This shade was perfect and easily blendable.

I purchased Viva Glam Rihanna, which is a creamy, semi matte red with blue undertones. It really stands out against my Lily white complexion, and matches with almost any outfit. The colour reflects Rihanna's personality. Bold and daring. I have received many compliments when I'm wearing it - and people notice when I'm not wearing it. I love the blood red/alabaster skin contrast. I only wear a coat of mascara when wearing this shade, so as not to overdo it.

I was after a new, improved razor, and was suitably impressed when I read that this had won two prestigious awards twice in a row. I went for a stroll down to my local pharmacy to see whether they were in stock, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I'd been lucky enough to secure the last one! I simply cannot stand spending a good ten minutes standing in the shower shaving my legs, only to find that the blades have dulled, and have missed certain areas leaving behind patchy stubble - hence, I now opt for a five bladed razor. The Hydro Silk Razor is nothing special to look at, but appearances can be deceptive. It features a unique, rubber curved handle with plastic grips, which mold to the shape of your hand, allowing a firm purchase on the skin and better control - preventing cuts and slipping. The five keen blades deliver a close, clean shave, and together with the water activated moisture strips, leave my pins smooth, stubble free and hydrated. This means that I don't have to pass over the same section of leg twice, which saves me time and water! I will be purchasing the Hydro Silk from now on.

Mineral makeup is an excellent alternative to heavy, liquid foundation, especially for those of us with oiler skin types, as it contains natural kaolin clay which absorbs excess oil, and mattifies the skin. Mineral makeup is super easy to use, and you really can't go wrong, as using a kabuki brush allows you to control the amount of product. I love mineral makeup because it delivers a smooth, even coverage and is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It effectively masks imperfections, pigmentation and uneven skin tone, and provides physical UV protection in the form of Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. I simply dip my kabuki brush into the powder, (I opted for light due to my fair complexion), tap off the excess, then gently swirl the brush over my skin. The powder is distributed evenly, and leaves my skin looking smooth and flawless.

I just love natural products, which is why I adore this product so much. This rich, fortifying cuticle treatment is enriched with nourishing oils and butters to deeply moisturise and strengthen dry, neglected cuticles and weak, brittle nails. The inclusion of refreshing, zesty lemon oil leaves my hands with a beautiful citrus fragrance. I apply this at night, before hopping into bed, making sure to pay extra homage to my cuticles when massaging. After a few months of dedicated use, my cuticles are now soft and hydrated, and my nails, which were prone to splitting and breaking, are strong and healthy. I just love the quaint, old fashioned tin. The creamy, lemon scented yellow butter, reminds me of delicious lemon curd!

Natural humectant's, Glycerin, Soybean Oil and Moringa Oil moisturise and soften the skin. I layer this with the Moringa Body Mist for a more intense, lingering fragrance. Sweet, exotic and ultra feminine!

This fragrance free eye gel contains extracts of Elderflower and Witch Hazel, which have an astringent effect on the delicate eye area; decreasing puffiness, firming and providing a refreshing, restorative treatment for tired dry eyes. Glycerin delivers much needed hydration, soothing and rejuvenating. Keep chilled in the fridge, for a super cooling treat.

Rich and creamy, this non greasy hand treatment carries a delicate pleasing fragrance, and deeply moisturises dry, rough hands and cuticles, whilst strengthening weakened, brittle nails. The lotion is easily absorbed and leaves behind no residue. Prior to making the switch to more expensive brands, this was my staple hand cream. It keeps hands soft, hydrated and smooth.

I already possess fairly dark lashes and brows, but upon spying this DIY tinting kit whilst browsing in the pharmacy, I decided to give it a go. I was curious to see whether it would deliver the same expert results as a salon lash and brow tint. My first application was a bit clumsy, and I found the plastic mixing dish and flimsy wand rather fiddly. The peroxide solution came out a bit faster than anticipated, but I managed to whip up a bluish cream that I carefully applied to my brows and top lashes. Being a novice, I ended up dyeing the skin around my eyebrows as well. I waited the recommended ten minutes, then gently wiped away the excess colour with a wet paper towel. I have to say my brows and lashes were definitely darker and much more dramatic, and I was pleased with the bold contrast against my porcelain skin.
