I’ve not tried any products from plantur 39 so was intrigued to receive this to trial from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 along with the shampoo. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have noticed my hair appears to be thinning and just hit the target age of 40. My hair fine, but the ends seem more brittle & my roots oily so can be hard to find a product that works well but was happy with the combinations. I love the packaging & the green colour too. It has a very light smell only; I personally prefer more fragranced products so that is one thing I wish was stronger. The conditioner is lightweight & has helped hydrate my ends and love that you can use it on coloured hair with out it affecting the colour or texture.

I was lucky to be invited to the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 and received this 2-in-1 straightener and curler. I had my hair curled at the event & it gave nice natural waves that lasted into the night but needs product to maintain curls for my fine hair. I tried it myself as prefer to ‘curl’ more than what was done at the event & sprayed each section. Next day my hair had that lovely beach wave so just a quick comb with a wide toothed comb & ready to go! As for the straightener this was probably one of the best, I have tried recently that is quick, straightens in 1st attempt without having to go over the same spot a few times. I tried it on m daughters thick wavy hair and straightening her hair is always a task but this makes it so much easier and stoked that it works in one glide! The styler comes with a glove & pouch which is great as definitely need them and great for storage! I love the fact that you can straighten or curl your hair so perfect for travel and doesn’t take up much room either as is not very bulky.

Also received from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024. This roller looks and feels very luxe and heavy duty. The roller has a platinum coating & has 360 heads which is great as easy to glide around on your face. The roller is relaxing & soothing but I do not use it for the recommended 10 minutes as do not have time for this so due to that I may not be able to see all its benefits but I love the feeling of it on my face & it helps my serums absorb well into my skin. Using it on your bare face works well too without feeling like it is dragging across your face. I don’t get any puffiness so can’t comment regarding this

I love the packaging it comes in as its an easy press down top lid & I like the green colour too. It has a very light smell only, I personally prefer more fragranced products so that is one thing I wish was stronger. I did find when washing my hair it became ‘squeaky clean’ which I don’t particularly like I feel when that squeak is in my hair that I’ve stripped my hair and just don’t like the feeling or the sound it did however work ok. Found it gave me volume on the roots & softened my tips slightly. Did not cause my hair to go as greasy as what other shampoos do within a day or so which is good but don’t know if I would continue using. I’m 50/50 on this between the feeling of my hair while washing and the after affect of performance.

Another product received from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 and was stoked as always on the hunt for something light with a dewy look and this delivered. My only negative is I do not like the doe foot applicator I much prefer pump action products for the face. In saying that it is easy to apply and no excess, but it just feels unusual to apply with the applicator for my whole face rather than a concealer or just lips as I’m not used to it this type of application for my face. I’ve been using this as my daily go to & gives me a lovely natural dewy glow. You can build it up more if you like but I prefer a lighter coverage so one sweep from the tube is plenty to cover my face. It’s the perfect makeup ‘no makeup’ product. Initially I was a little sceptical on how it would last & if it would make my oily skin worse during the day but to my surprise it didn’t. If you apply translucent powder over the top it does last longer, I find. Definitely adding to my list – thank you BH & Revlon!

I was lucky to receive this cleansing oil from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 however I was quite disappointed. A little goes a long way due to being an oily it spreads easily onto you face but I found it did not remove my mascara properly & I still had slight panda eyes after using this cleansing oil. I thought it may leave my skin feeling oily which it didn’t thankfully as my skin tends to get oily so was not sure how this would affect it & thankfully the oily feeling did not last after rinsing. My skin did feel soft after cleansing with it however do not believe it is the best for removing makeup effectively.

Received this John Frieda frizz serum from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 and as with other products from this brand it did not disappoint. My hair is fine so hard to find a serum that doesn’t make my hair oily but tames frizz & flyaways on my ends but this serum is great. I also used it on my daughter who has frizzy wavy hair & she loves it. A little goes a long way & you can use on wet or dry hair – if using on dry hair use a little less just to be on the safe side! Will definitely purchase again

I’m a fan of burt’s bees for quite some time so was happy when Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024 included another of their products to try. My lips have been dry during the winter and not as soft as they normally are so this was great to trial and timing was perfect. I love anything with shea butter in it & how this lip balm glides on your lips. It does slightly tingle when you apply it but I don’t mind this as makes me feel like it works & sensation is very quick. Love the compact size & don’t need to apply too often as lasts.

I’ve not tried many intimate wash products but received this to trial from the Best In Beauty event in Sept 2024. Firstly, I’ll start with the packaging there’s something about it that just is not very appealing and I personally don’t think there is a need for this product but nevertheless I tried it to see if something I would consider down the track– my opinion has not changed. I’m not a fan of the smell however it is easy to use a gel like wash that is gentle but not something that I can get used to using on a daily basis and having to wash my intimate area separately if I’m being honest. It is a gentle wash and soothing so if this is something you need for down their it does work but for myself not something I will continue to use as more of an inconvenience personally – nothing against the product or brand just my personal preference
