I have never used Carmex before and perhaps that was part of the problem. It literally felt like my lips were burning and I only used the vanilla flavoured one. I haven't tried the lime one I am too scared I won't have any lips left!!! I am not sure what the purpose of the tingling is but in my mind a moisturiser should not tingle or burn - totally off putting. The smell is nice but my lips definitely did not feel soothed at all - so I must say I wouldn't re purchase this product - I will be sticking with the good old Nivea Fruity Shine and paw paw ointment.

Saw these on Instagram and thought wow really want to try the purple given I have green eyes. Bought the purple and the green for good measure and was sorely disappointed. The colour part of the liner completely lacks intensity and the holographic part does absolutely nothing to change the colour at all. I don’t know if I’m using it wrong but the effect is so far from the marketing photos I would be calling it false advertising
