This is my first time trialling a product by Plantur 39 and was fortunate to trial both their shampoo and conditioner thanks to the 2024 Best in Beauty event. While I am not the target user (targets those over the age of 40) and my hair is not coloured, I did enjoy trialling their conditioner which is designed to compliment the Phyto-Caffeine shampoo (who knew caffeine could be good for your hair!). I haven't noticed a drastic change to my hair, but I appreciate that the conditioner helps protect your scalp. I found it was lightweight and didn't weigh my hair down. Again, this product has a pleasant scent without being overpowering.

I really appreciated that this shampoo did not dry out my hair or scalp, and that the product has a pleasant scent without being overpowering. I haven't noticed a drastic change to my hair, but I did find it kept volume better than normal.

I was incredibly fortunate to receive this Remington One Dry & Style hairdryer in the 2024 Best in Beauty trial box. The One Dry and Style has a nice sleek design, is not too heavy, and features all the basic but necessary features (cool shot, heat & speed combos). This hairdryer comes with 4 attachments; concentrator, two diffusers and a flyaway tamer. While it does not compare to my trusty Dyson, it is a solid hairdryer for those looking for something more affordable. I personally enjoyed using the flyaway tool and the slim styling concentrator, and felt it did a decent job drying my hair and achieving a smooth, straightened style.

I have not used a John Frieda product since I was in high-school so I was delighted to recognise the brand in the 2024 Best in Beauty trial box. This serum assists with frizz, but is a great all-rounder as it is a heat protectant, adds gloss, locks in hydration and fights against humidity. Honestly what can't it do! I did find the consistency a little too thick and oily for my thinner hair. However, it does fight the frizz, and I am notoriously bad at skipping over a heat protectant so I appreciate that this serum is multi-use.

I received this product through the 2024 Best in Beauty trial box. I had never heard of Dr Wolff prior, and this type of product is not one I would ever seek out on my own. It is a skin-friendly lotion that is meant to be used daily to restore the pH levels. I do find it a little odd that it has a scent as unscented would be more appealing, and I wish it was a pump bottle, but it is non-irratating. I have only rated this 3 stars due to my own beliefs that using a product like this daily could interfere with your body's natural processes, but if you are someone who is concerned about their cleanliness and struggles with their pH balance then this could be the product for you.

This may have been my first time trialling a Bioderma product, so thank you to the Best in Beauty 2024 trial box. I really enjoyed incorporating oil into my skincare routine and got to trial a double cleanse routine for the first time. This cleansing oil has a beautiful milky texture when mixed with water, and goes a great job to remove makeup. It has a super convenient pump bottle, and truly leaves your skin feeling so soft and clean after use. If you are hesitant about incorporating an oil cleanser, please try this. It does not clog your pores and you will be delighted at how your skin feels after use.

I love Burt's Bees, they are a classic, trusted brand for lip balms. I was fortunate to receive their ultra conditioning balm in the 2024 Best in Beauty trial box. This is perfect for anyone who experiences chapped lips and wants to care for their lips. This balm is unscented, easy to apply and wind up/down. It is the perfect size for a purse or to keep on your nightstand. I love all the natural ingredients, and do feel it is very conditioning on my lip, and is great for overnight use given it does not contain SPF.

Wow! What a fun product to trial thanks to the 2024 Best in Beauty event. This was my first time learning of the Lonvitalite brand. I immediately fell in love with this roller. It is easy to use and very relaxing, the metal material adds a soothing, cool feel to your skin. It feels (and looks) very luxe. I love that it can be used both on your face, jaw and even your neck/shoulder area. The balls move to increase circulation, and is so easy to incorporate into your skincare routine. This is now a staple in my routine, and I love using my platinum contour roller.

I am a lover of just about everything Dermal Therapy release and that includes their skin care! I was super fortunate to receive their sensitive skin lotion in the 2024 Best in Beauty trial box. This is not my first time trialling their sensitive skin lotion, so I already knew I would like the product. It comes in a nice sized bottle with an easy to use pump. The sensitive skin lotion is a thinner consistency that absorbs nicely into the skin. It has a nice soothing feel for sensitive and dehydrated skin, and great for both those with specific skin concerns and those just wanting a staple lotion.

I love Dermal Therapy and was so glad to receive their original, best selling lip balm from the 2024 Best In Beauty trial box. I love just about everything Dermal Therapy release, and this is not my first time trying their original lip balm. It has a great texture, keeps your lips hydrated all day and is easy to apply. It is a great size to keep in your purse or on your night stand. I would highly recommend this to everyone as it's suitable to anyone who has ever had chapped lips, and it comes in at a really affordable price point.
