I was very fortunate to trial this product as a member of the Trial Team. I also trialled the mineral foundation. I loved the packaging of the powder, it was glamorous and very luxe. The powder itself was a natural cream colour and very fine. I thought that it was finer than other products I have previously used. The coverage is very sheer and because I have quite an oily T-zone, it was not sufficient in itself to resist shine developing later in the day. I do not wear foundation usually so I was quite happy with the airbrushed glow I got from it. I would have preferred it to have lasted longer though. Where this product really shone was when it was used over the mineral foundation. The two products used together helped each product last longer throughout the day and helped keep my complexion fresh and dewy. I loved the light feel. I would whole heartedly recommend this product used together with the mineral foundation. On its own though, it is perhaps too sheer.

The packaging was gorgeous and the product looked like a million bucks. I found the foundation easy to apply especially with the Nude by Nature mineral brush. It gave me a light coverage which I could have built up further if I had wanted to. It was the perfect product for the barely there makeup look I usually go for. I found that I was able to dispense just the right amount of product and it was easy to apply quickly and evenly all over my face. This product was great and I would happily buy it. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars out of 5 was that it tended not to last the whole day through. I found however that if I applied the loose powder on top of this that I was able to extend the length of wear of the product, keeping shine at bay.

I was very fortunate to try this brush out as a Trial Team member. I already own several brushes from Nude by Nature but this was my first time using the Finishing brush. It was simply amazing. Firstly, the brush is packaged in an elegant dark brown tube. Once you get this opened, the brush itself is full and very soft. I loved that the bristles are synthetic and therefore cruelty free. The brush picked up just the right amount of product and swept it softly and evenly across my face. It felt divine and the results were amazing. I was very happy with the final result. I cannot rate this brush highly enough!

I have combination skin and my skin is also somewhat sensitive, particularly the skin on my cheeks. I have mixed feelings about this product but still rated it 4 stars for efficacy. With my sensitive skin, it's hard to find products that don't irritate it. Whilst the other products in the Elucent range didn't lead to increased sensitivity, this did. It had a pleasant herbal scent and the gel cream formula was light and easy to apply. The product did not feel heavy or greasy and the product absorbed easily into my skin. However, there was a mild tingling feeling when I applied the cream to my cheeks. My oilier T zone was fine. I found that after the trial period my skin felt softer and smoother. It looked brighter and more luminous with a more even skin tone. I felt that what dark spots were already on my skin appeared less obvious.

I find that the sunscreen makes the cream thicker and sticky once applied. I was a bit reluctant to use this at first as the product has an SPF rating of 30. I was pleasantly surprised. It had a pleasant herbal scent and the gel cream formula was light and easy to apply. The product did not feel heavy or greasy. I applied more product to the skin on my cheeks and less to the skin in the T zone. The product absorbed easily into my skin. I found that after the trial period my skin felt softer and smoother. It looked brighter and more luminous with a more even skin tone. The moisturiser helped prevent new dark spots from forming and the dark spots I already had seemed light and less obvious.

Consequently, I rarely used them and if I did, tended to apply the moisturisers only on my cheeks. This product was amazing and has completely changed my mind about night moisturisers. I applied more product to the skin on my cheeks and less to the skin in the T zone. The product absorbed easily into my skin. To my own surprise, I actually started looking forward to using this every night. I found that after the trial period my skin felt softer and smoother. It looked brighter and more luminous with a more even skin tone.

The best thing about this product was the delivery system. The pump could be locked in place with a simple twist, thereby eliminating any chance you might have of accidentally dispensing the product. The lotion had no scent whatsoever as promised so it's great for those with allergies and sensitivities. The lotion was thick and spread evenly and easily onto my skin. Unfortunately, it felt sticky and tacky, as if it was just sitting on top of the skin and hadn't absorbed in. The worst thing was that the tackiness lasted for hours and was extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heat. By the end of the day, my skin did look smooth and feel soothed but it was just as sticky as before. I couldn't wait to wash it off!
