I have taken this every day for the past 3 years and have had amazing results. I started taking it because my fine blonde hair was falling out, two handfuls every time I washed it. I saw a photo of myself and was surprised by good much if had thinned. After 6 weeks, my nails were noticeably stronger (from already being nice and strong). So that helped me believe these pills were actually having an effect and I should continue. After 6 months, I could see new growth of several inches sprouting which felt pretty amazing to know taking these pills daily were having an outcome and I should keep at it. Now after 3 years I've watched my hair grow out to be lovely and full. It's the best feeling working something into your routine and it seeing the results. I can't be sure of course but it feels like the fullness of my hair improved 50-100%. I simply wouldn't be without it.

I'm a bit of an SPF obsessive and this product is in my top 3. Iove it as its a silky smooth formula which doesn't feel like sunscreen due to its sophisticated formula. I'm very fair skinned but I love that this has a tint to it as it leaves my skin with a skin-like finish, not a white caste. Even better, I can use it across my eye area with zero irritation or wateryness. It's quite expensive but does come in a 100ml size I believe. A beautiful product which is enjoyable to use and leaves you not only protected but looking great.

I love this for my dry, fair skin. It's a high quality, thick formula delivered in an airtight pump. One pump does my neck and face comfortably. A white caste fades reasonably quickly on me as the product, though thick, absorbs quickly. Only reason why I give 4 not 5 stars is that I can't use this over my eye area as it makes them feel watery and irritated. (The Avene SPF 50+ excels in this regard). An excellent quality spf+skincare for the price and is often found on sale.
