I took a chance and bought the miniature candle based off the scent description during a Christmas order to make up $100 so I could receive free shipping. I'm so glad I did - it's my favorite Glasshouse candle so far and couldn't resist but to buy the larger one next time I was shopping on the Glasshouse website. Glasshouse candles are triple scented which allows the candle's fragrance to fill your home. They come in a thick glass jar with a suction-lid. This 350g sized candle has 2 wicks which both need to be lit at the same time to ensure even burning. It won't take long before you can smell the candle's fragrance infiltrating your home and nostrils. The Kyoto scent smells AMAZING! It's sweet and earthy yet subtle. The scent fills the room and I constantly get compliments from visitors about how good my place smells. I don't think I can wait to buy this one again - I have so many candles in my collection just waiting to be lit!

I was a little concerned with buying this product as I thought it would be heavily scented like their wonderful candles and was concerned as I know my skin is a little sensitive when it comes to fragrances. As such, I chose a "natural" scent and hoped for the best! Upon opening the product I discovered the packaging was a plastic-covered paper hence why it wasn't easily prone to damage. I still opted to place it in with paper-recycling though. Using the product is like carrying a brick (or old Nokia for that matter). I have to rub it over my body with one hand and use my free hand to lather. For areas like underarms I have to use the tip as it's just to bulky (and slippery). Holding it in my hand, the soap holds its shape however it does become quite soapy. I thoroughly enjoy the light scent whilst using and don't find that I can smell the product on my skin afterwards. My skin has not responded to this in any way so I am happy! I would suggest that the size is off-putting and would be better made with multiple smaller bars however the large size means it lasts longer and it's not going to break and fizzle/melt away like the regular-sized soap.

I bought this product from Coles for almost $1 more than stated above. Next time I'll probably wait til it's on special but in saying that it only works out to be $1 per use so I think I can handle that. I use to use blackhead strips when I had pimples so have not used a strip in about 10 years. My boyfriend was complaining about his nose though so we went and got a packet. I cleansed my face as per usual then followed the instructions and wet my nose, washed my hands, peeled the strip off, applied it to my nose (ensuring it was the right way around) and pressed down firmly. I left the strip dry for about 10 minutes then peeled it off my nose. I was absolutely ASTOUNDED with the amount of gunk it removed (especially on the sides of my nostrils). I took a photo to remind me how gross my nose was. I can't say I have noticed a difference looking at myself but I still think back to the strip and how horrid my nose must have been. You can also get strips for forehead which I might just try out of pure interest after seeing what came out of my nose. I'm not sure how often these should be used but I am certainly adding them to a fortnightly routine! My boyfriend on the other hand had a different experience. To start, his skin is much nicer than mine. He has what I would say "perfect skin" apart from the fact that years of being a grump has taken it's toll (as well as sun exposure) so he has more wrinkles. Anyhow, he "washed" his face with water then wet his nose and I applied the strip on for him. He left his on for about 15 minutes and after pulling it off there was only 2 small indications of it working on it. So he tried again. And had the same result. This "failure" is the only reason I have not given this a 5/5.

This is my favorite aerosol deodorant. I have never had any white marks from this deodorant. I do however find that it makes my tighter clothes smell a bit funky under the arms after a while though. The product has also never ran out of "air" before finishing. The smell is also a bonus as the scent is light and fresh!

The Manhattan scent burns differently to the way it smells initially with other deeper notes taking over. It's quite girly yet not overpowering by being too sweet or florally.

I tried these wipes recently as they were on sale in Coles. It came with a sample of perfection cream but by the time I got to the checkout it had disappeared. Anyhow, I wasn't a fan of these wipes as they were slightly on the thinner side and weren't that moist so I felt it didn't cleanse my skin properly and therefore remove makeup thoroughly either.

Cleansing wipes are generally my preferred choice of "cleanser" as they are super easy to use, convenient to use (and take) anywhere, and don't require additional products. They also don't create a mess and don't get my hair wet! These Revitalift cleansing wipes are my new fave wipes. They are always moist (unlike other varieties which need water added to the packet), they remove makeup, and they leave my face feeling fresh and clean. They are also realively thick and soft and don't break apart; plus they have a slight scent which I like. Although I know I should probably use this before or after actually washing my face I don't. I generally use this in bed just before I go to sleep and apply my other products. They have anti-aging benefits which is great to know I'm doing something extra for my skin; especially on my super-lazy days when I may not do anything extra for my skin (or perhaps simply slap on some night moisturiser).

This candle was my first ever Glasshouse purchase. I bought it in winter as the smell of coconut and lime reminded me of a cosmetic set I used over summer which I loved the smell of. The Montego Bay scent to me reminds me of summer and the beach and dramatically lifted my mood in winter (especially on cold rainy days).

This size is a great way to test out the scent before you commit to paying more for a larger size (although you won't ever regret doing that)! It would be best used in smaller rooms i.e. the bathroom. It won't take long before you can smell the candle's fragrance infiltrating your home and nostrils. The Amalfi scent to me is a mixture of intoxicating men's cologne with a refreshing hit of sea breeze. I'm not a fan of sweet or food-smelling candles so really love this! Although it doesn't necessarily remind me of being on the windy roads of the Amalfi Coast it does make me picture myself staring out at the water and catching a smell of men's cologne in the wafting air. Worth noting is that this candle is available as part of a travel set (RRP $29.95) which comes with a mini candle, mini hand cream, and cosmetic bag; which makes great gifts for Birthdays, Mothers Day, Christmas, or even just to spoil yourself!
