I was really stoked to trial four beautiful shades of the L'Oreal Infallible Sexy Balm. I really like sheer formulas for everyday use and this particular products is right up my alley It comes in a crayon form which is very convenient to use, even if you're on the go and don't have access to a mirror. The lids are colour-coded, which makes it really easy to find the shade you're looking for if you own more than one. The Infallible Sexy Balm comes in two formulas - sheer and bold. The sheer one is obviously less pigmented, but it actually still packs a lot of colour. I was really impressed with the coverage, considering it is a tinted lip balm. The bold formula is full on and delivers full opacity with one swipe, while still being moisturising and lightweight on the lips The longevity of the Sexy Balm is not the best but I wasn't expecting it. It doesn't last throughout the day and you do need to reapply multiple times. But it's actually a very pleasant experience because the product smells really nice and glides on effortlessly. What's also great is that it doesn't bleed outside of the lip line, which can sometimes happen with slippery formulas The only thing I am not that keen on is the shiny finish of the product. It works well with darker shades (Can't Sit With Us is my absolute favourite), but the pink one I initially thought would be my favourite looks like something my grandmother would wear. It's way too pearly and doesn't scream modern to me. Overall, I think it's a lovely product if you like sheer, effortless lip products and I can see myself carrying one of those in my purse at all times.

Thank you BH for the opportunity to test the Pantene Sheer Volume shampoo and conditioner. I did enjoy using both of them, however I feel like there was nothing spectacular about the range. Interestingly enough, even the claims and the name ‘sheer volume’ seems like a safe bet. The conditioner has a great creamy consistency and doesn’t just slide off the hair within seconds. At the same time, it feels rather light and won’t weigh your hair down. However, to achieve good results, you may have to leave it on for a bit longer than your usual conditioner. I found that with the regular timing it didn’t smooth the hair enough for my liking but when I left it for longer, they looked much better (i.e. less flyaways). The product has a pleasant, non-invasive scent – you will only really smell it once the conditioner is on your hair. After the rinse, it practically disappears. The packaging is typical for the brand, I actually really like the shape of the bottle. The way it’s curved makes it sit comfortably in your hand, even when wet. The cap can sometimes be tricky to open, but it’s not a major issue. I am not sure if I would buy this conditioner as it doesn’t really stand out from the crowd of other products in the same price range. It worked fine but didn’t really have the wow factor.

It has a pleasant, non-invasive scent and good creamy consistency which makes it easy to really work the product into your strands. I was very curious about the Mitchum antiperspirants and how they compare tp similar products on the market, so thank you BH for letting me test their Clinical Gel (the Cool Fresh version). The deodorant comes in a handy twist-up tube and goes on completely clear to prevent white mark on clothing. I really like that aspect of the product as I do wear a lot of dark tops and often end up with stains when using other deodorants. The only small flaw of the packaging is that it doesn't hold the gel in after you used it, so the next day when you lift the lid, it will already be out and ready to use. It's not a major issue, but personally I would rather have some kind of a plug to prevent it from happening. Mitchum Clinical Gel in Cool Fresh is lightly scented, probably too light for my liking and the smell is rather artificial. You won't really smell it on yourself though. As for the clinical protection I found that the antiperspirant worked really well to prevent wetness, but wasn't the best when it comes to odour protection. On days when I was more active, it did not give me the confidence that I can go 24 hours (not even the advertised 48) without having to reapply. Maybe a stronger scent will be more beneficial in this case. Overall I like the idea of the clear gel formula, but for the performance, I would probably pick other clinical antiperspirants over this one.

I've been using the Tangle Teezer btush for over a year now the only downside of the product so far is the price. The Lady Jane TanglePro brush is very similar, but only costs a fraction of the price, which is great if you're on a budget. The TanglePro brush is oval in shape and fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It features teeth with different lenghts which makes it easy to detangle your hair, dry or wet. Comparing to the Tangle Teezer, the teeth may feel a bit more scratchy at first, but you get used to it very quickly (and it's not uncomfortable to start of with). I hope it will prevent them from bending with longer use. I used the brush on both dry and wet hair and it worked well either way. It didn't pull my strands or get stuck in areas that needed detangling. In terms of minimising breakage, I didn't notice much difference, but that's because I was using a similar product before trialing this one. It definitely didn't make it worse. Overall I think it's a good, affordable alternative to the Tangle Teezer brush and I will be happy to continue using it. I will most likely keep it in my purse because it's much more portable than traditional hair brushes thanks to its shape and the 'cover' that protects the teeth from loosing shape while protecting you from scratching your hands every time you search for something in the depths your bag :)

Rimmel The Only One lipsticks are a hybrid of long lasting and lightweight, moisturising formulas. I must say it’s a good combination and the product does not disappoint. The collection includes twelve shades, mostly different variations of pink and red with small representation of brownish hues. If you’re looking for traditional, beige nudes, you won’t find them here. When it comes to the formula, the finish feels similar to MAC’s Creemsheen – it’s creamy, shiny and glides on beautifully. In this case, however, the colour is much more opaque and lasts a lot longer. The lipstick leaves an even stain (while still keeping your lips moisturised) and should last for at least half a day. The shiny finish stays on for the first hour or two and then you’re left with a natural looking stain, slightly lighter than the shade on application. On me, the lipstick survived through drinking multiple glasses of water (the colour did transfer onto the glass/mug) and snacking on fruits. After lunch, however, it did need another application. I find the moisturising formula of The Only One Lipstick very comfortable and lightweight, especially considering the opacity of colour. It’s not sticky and doesn’t leave your lips dry as the colour fades. The product doesn’t really sink into the lip lines and doesn’t emphasize dryness. My favourite shades from the line are Peachy Beachy, You’re All Mine and Naughty Nude.

I am pretty sure I liked everything I’ve tried from the Al'chemy brand so far. Having fine hair I would normally stay away from leave-in conditioners but this one does not weigh the hair down or make them greasy. Of course, I only apply the product to the ends, but the results are pretty outstanding. On days I use it, I can feel a noticeable difference in the texture of my hair - they appear much softer and healthier. They are also very easy to comb through. The consistency is rather thick and creamy so you only need a small amount, otherwise it may be too heavy (especially for fine hair). I do enjoy the pleasant, but not overpowering herbal scent and the natural ingredients known for their nourishing properties. If you do a lot of hair styling, this product may not work too well due to its thickness, but I can recommend it on days when you want to just let your strands be.

When it comes to value for money, this product is amazing. One 250ml bottle of this heat protectant spray lasted me for an entire year with regular use (every other day) – do I need to say more? It’s a good heat protectant with quality spraying mechanism that dispenses the product in a form of mist, not a strong stream that makes your hair wet again. The formula is also supposed to hold the style for 24 hours, but I wouldn’t rely on it to keep your hair in place. It does, however, protect them from heat damage when using styling tools and doesn’t weigh your strands down or make them sticky. Good quality product from the drugstore, I will be keen to repurchase.

I've only used the spray-on version of body makeup before and wasn't too keen on the messy application process. Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs in a tube is a totally different story. It's a thick cream that is reasonably easy to apply and evenly distribute. As mentioned in the previous reviews, it can be tricky on the back of the legs, but after one or two applications I've learnt how to avoid streaks and missed spots. The products provides good coverage with just one layer and can be built up to hide more visible imperfections, like scars. I have a big one on my shin and I am often conscious about it when wearing dresses, but with Airbrushed legs I was able to hide it and forget about it for the day. I was worried about it transferring onto clothes, but it actually dried quickly and didn't move at all throughout the day, In fact, it didn't run under water either. I actually forgot it on and didn't rinse the product off in the evening and there was no transfer on my bed sheets and the colour was only removed with soap. I am not too crazy about the scent of the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, but it's not too bad either and only lingers at the time of application. The Light shade was a good match for my skin tone and gave me a delicate tan, without looking orange or fake. It is on the warmer side though so may not be best suited to cooler skin types. Overall I'm very impressed with this body makeup product and will definitely keep a tube for special occasions or just for days when I want to feel more confident.

I’ve been really enjoying the Oh My Gloss! glosses. They are very lightweight but deliver rich colour and extreme shine with just few swipes. They are also comfortable on, non-sticky and non-drying. I would even go as far as saying that it’s one of the most comfortable formulas on the market at the moment. While the colour did not last for the promised six hours on me (it turned into more of a light stain after 2-3 hours), the shine was still there and my lips were soft and hydrated. Many glosses from both drugstore and high end brands can leave your lips dry after the colour fades, but those are exceptionally comfortable, even 5-6 hours down the line. The applicator is not the typical doe-foot, but it’s actually tapered and pinched. I find this shape very helpful and easy to work with. Flat side is perfect for distributing the product all over the lips and also around the edges, to create a nice line there, while the narrow side can be used for a more precise application around the outer corners or cupids bow. So far my favourite shade is no 330 Snog.
