The Nivea Sun Kids Protect and Play Sunscreen comes in a roll-on blue and yellow bottle, 65ml size, which is not too big, making it ideal to store in baby bag/beach bag/handbag. I love that this product is Australian made, as it is something that I always look for when shopping. I also like that this is fragrance-free and is water resistant for up to 4 hours. The cream itself is not too thick and absorbs into the skin really well. It does not leave the skin greasy, which is a big plus as I am not a fan of creams that are greasy ( and neither are my kids). The sunscreen has a high SPF factor of 50, which is excellent given the Australian climate. The cream is white colour, and as mentioned, quite light. It also has a long shelf life (mine has an expiry of 2023).

I liked the look of the no-fuss packaging of these wipes, and that they are a much alternative environmentally than a lot of others on the market. Wipes are mainly made up of plastic fibres so knowing that these are a more natural product was definitely a plus. I must admit that I don't use facial wipes all that much, but when I do, I like wipes that hydrate and nourish. These wipes left my skin feeling a little sticky after use, but they did cleanse ok. However, they didn't remove make up as effectively as I would have hoped.

I am not a lipstick wearer usually, but I do regularly have lip gloss handy (often in my car or handbag) as I am prone to getting dry lips, mainly in the cooler months. When I received this Du'It Tough Lips lip balm as part of the trial, the packaging didn't really stand out or look too appealing, with its canary yellow and royal blue hues. I guess I am just used to seeing lip balms packaged differently, but I like the bold font printed on the lip balm, clearly stating what the product is. It would appeal to males as well as females as the colours aren't as 'feminine', which matters to some! (not me). It is a no fuss Australian made and owned product, which is a definite plus in my books as I prefer to buy Aussie made and owned products wherever possible. The texture of the lip balm is pleasant, it goes on smoothly and not much is needed, making it good value. It isn't sticky or too glossy, another plus! It's a handy little balm to have and I would like to see how it works on cracked lips during the cooler months. The smell was a little strong and it leaves a taste on your tongue if you lick your lips but it is still a handy lip gloss to use.

This Lancome Genifique Serum is packaged in a 30ml glass bottle. To dispense the product, you simply press down on to the syringe type lid and the serum comes out. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and have noticed that my skin is firmer and feels smoother. I haven't seen much change to lines and wrinkles but I am pleased that my skin on my face and neck feel firmer. The serum does not dry out my skin, but it is not overly moisturising so I would suggest applying a moisturiser over the top, especially if you are prone to skin dryness. It is made in France, and has a shelf life of 12 months. I think that tne bottle should last a couple of months if used twice a day, as not much is needed for full face and neck coverage. I look forward to seeing more results with longer use.

The Handsome Men's Skincare Facial Moisturiser is presented in a black 100 ml sized plactic tube/bottle with a simple write print, and it contains natural and organic ingredients including cedarwood, bergamot and aloe vera. It also contains Vitamin E, rosehip and shea butter. It took a little convincing for my husband to use this product as he never usually moisturises, and I wonder how many other women would need to also convince their partners to use a facial moisturiser? I love that this is an Australian made product, and I also love the smell of this cream. It is very botanical/herbal and earthy, really nice scented. The cream is absorbed well into the skin, and even though this is targeted as a men's moisturiser, I would be happy to use it on my face or body. Not much of the cream is needed to cover the face and neck, making it good value for money.

I have never used a dry brush prior to receiving the Bodecare Dry Skin Brush to test and review, so this was a new experience for me. I was given a pamphlet with instructions and steps of dry brushing along with the brush, but I didn't realise that initially, so the first time I used it was in the shower!! Obviously being called a 'dry bush', I should've clicked that it doesn't belong in water!! Now I am aware of the proper way to use the brush ( by rubbing over the skin dry prior to having a bath or shower) I can really enjoy this natural health practice!! The brush itself is big and the bristles are long and aren't sprayed with any chemicals (they are made from Tampico plant, so no animals used to make the brush). I like that it can be used on most parts of the body (following the instructions given) and it can energise and relax the body in equal measure.

I hadn't heard of the Blessed By Nature brand prior to receiving this product to trial and review, so I didn't quite know what to expect. This cream ticks so many boxes!! Firstly, it is Australian made, which is always something I look for wherever possible when purchasing poducts. The packaging is 100 % recyclable, and the product is cruelty free and vegan. The cream itself is a lovely consistency; not too light and runny, and it absorbs well into the skin. The scent of this cream is beautiful; a floral/herbal scent that lingers on the skin when applied. My skin feels a little firmer since using this and whilst I haven't been using it long, I am really happy with it. The bottle/tube size is 125ml, making it good value for money, as not much is needed to cover the face and neck areas. It would be great if this brand was stocked in supermarkets as I don't often shop at the places it is stocked unfortunately. But I would buy it in future if I happened to find it in store as it's a really nice cream.

I have used the Age Renew Soothing Day Cream for the past few mornings and it has been an ok product so far.. I really like the packaging of this product; a lovely rose gold coloured lid, and a glass jar holding 50 g of the day cream. The cream is not tested on animals and is vegan, which is a bonus as I often look for these products as my daughter is vegan and like to let her know about new products. The cream isn't too thick or thin, and it does not have much of a scent to it. I find it a little heavy as a face cream, but that may be because my current moisturiser is a lot lighter than this so I am not used to this one yet. As I haven't been using it that long, it is difficult to say whether this cream will live up to its claims of strengthening and protecting the skin.

I have used other Garnier Fructis hair food tubs in the past and have always been pleased with the results, so I was really glad to receive this one to trial and review. I'm pleased to say that this hair food is equally as good, if not better. The product smells lovely (it is Aloe Vera scented) and it left my hair so smooth, silky and shiny. The product can be used in a few different ways - as a conditioner, as a treatment and as a leave in product. I used it as a conditioner/treatment while showering - leaving it in my hair for a few minutes, then rinsing it out with warm water. The product is rather thick and it can just be scooped out with your finger tips, it is a generous sized tub, making it good value for money. It contains no silicons or parabens either, or artificial colourants.

I used the Toni & Guy Bamboo Detangling Comb after washing my hair and was really pleased with the results. The comb itself is easy to hold, and fits into my hand well due to its size. It glided through my hair easily, and it also kept it knot free. The comb itself is made from bamboo and is 100% biodegradable and also it is recyclable. It is also 100% sustainable. It is good to see that more companies are bringing out products that are better for the environment. I plan to test the comb on my young daughter's hair to see how it compares as hers is often tangled and knotty, and also wavy, so it will be interesting to see if it works on different hair types. I would only use after washing my hair as opposed to it being an every day comb, due to the design of the comb.
