I have experimented with different serums over the years, from higher end to more budget friendly ones. The price point for this one sits mid-range, and I think it performs really well for it's price! The bottle is fairly large, and has the standard dropper dispenser which is great. The amount it drops out is perfect for me to get enough coverage on my face. It's feels quite viscous and spreads really easy. It absorbs quite quickly and has minimum scent, which dissipates almost instantly. Now for the results. I've been using this regularly, and have found my skin to be smoother and clearer, which I am really happy with! I have fairly large pores and it hasn't reduced the size of them (which is actually not possible anyway). But it's been doing a great job of moisturising and keeping my skin clear - I will definitely buy again.

I have been using this day cream alongside the night cream from the same range from Nivea. The two jars look very nice together, as they match with rose gold coloured accents on the lids. The day cream is very creamy (not quite as thick as the night cream, which is good) and absorbs nicely into my skin. I apply it first thing in the morning, before applying my makeup or sunscreen. This has a slight scent but I don't notice it after a few minutes on my skin. I have a fairly sensitive nose, so if you are sensitive to fragrances, you are likely to be fine with this cream too! I have been using this cream religiously for the past month and have been really enjoying it. It is nicely moisturising for these dry winter months, and I have noticed my skin is plumper and definitely not dry at all (which it has a tendency to get). I would recommend using it with the matching night cream, as I have been getting great results using both. As you only need a little cream (a little goes a long way), this jar will last for quite awhile too which is fantastic. Will definitely be repurchasing these!

I have been using this nightcream in conjunction with the day cream from the same range from Nivea. It comes in a luxe looking and heavy navy jar, with pretty rose gold coloured accents. It definitely looks expensive - you would not expect this to only retail for $38! The cream itself is heavy, which I really like for a night cream. But it has no trouble absorbing quickly into my skin, which is great as I apply right before going to bed and you wouldn't want it to absorb into your pillow instead of your skin! The cream has a slight scent, but this isn't noticable after it absorbs into your skin. I have been using it nightly for the past month and have definitely noticed my skin is softer, more supple and moisturised as well as making my faint wrinkles less noticable - all fantastic things. The jar is huge as well for a night cream, and as you don't need to apply too much it will last for quite awhile! I will for sure continue using these products once the trial is over, I am really happy with how they have improved my skin overall.

I was recently sent this serum to trial, thanks BH! I am in my late 30s, and have been meaning to get into the habit of using an eye serum - I religiously use face serums and creams, but haven't found an eye serum that works for me yet. This serum comes in a cute purple glass bottle, with quite a nifty looking applicator. The applicator has three metal beads that you then roll along your eye area to apply the serum. The serum has a lovely cooling feeling when it is applied. It is quite a lightweight serum, and I have found it absorbs easily into my skin. I really like that it is fragrance-free, as I find face products with scents to be very overpowering at times. My skin type is quite dry, and I have found this to be quite refreshing and moisturising to my skin. It definitely gives a gentle depuffing effect which is great. I don't have any discernable eye wrinkles (yet!), so I can't say whether it has a great effect on actually reducing eye wrinkles. If you're after a cooling, soothing eye serum, I think this is a great, budget-friendly one to try, and would recommend this.

I've been on the lookout for an affordable foundation for awhile, and Revlon always delivers! I used to use their Colorstay years ago, and loved being able to test the normal/dry formulation. My skin type runs a little dry, and I found this foundation sits really nicely over the top of the silicone based primer that I use. The hyaluronic acid is such a nice addition to this formula and my skin looks great with it on. I apply with my fingertips and find that it blends really well. I love foundations with a pump for ease of use, and one pump covers my skin nicely. The glass bottle is nice and heavy and feels good quality too. I find the coverage to be light/medium, which is perfect for everyday wear. And no discernible smell, which is great. Would highly recommend this foundation!

I have been trialling this facial oil for the past 4 weeks – thanks BH. I always use serums both morning and night, so I have replaced what I was using to trial this facial oil. Like serums, it comes in a glass bottle with a dropper so you can dispense the oil drop by drop. I found two drops were sufficient to cover my whole face. It spreads really easily and evenly, and a little goes a long way. I have quite dry skin, so my skin absolutely drank up this oil! I used it after cleansing, and before applying moisturiser and make up. I didn’t have any issues with the product balling up under the other products, which was great. I did notice a very faint smell after applying it, kind of like rubber almost? But it’s very faint, and not noticeable after the oil absorbs into your skin. I’m not sure what the price point will be for this product, but it is definitely a lovely and nourishing facial oil, and I would recommend it for anyone in the market for a new one! It’s especially lovely being able to use it through winter too. It would be great if you have dry skin elsewhere, like on your hands, etc too.

I was sent this nourishing night cream to trial, thanks BH. As I’m in my mid-thirties, I find I am using more rich and nourishing creams, so this one is right up my alley. The Nude by Nature range is generally quite affordable, and I’ve found their products to still be really effective. This night cream has an airless pump, with a design that I hadn’t come across before. You push down on the button on the top to dispense the product. I really like that you don’t have to scoop the cream out with your hands like you do with so many other night creams. This design keeps the cream hygienic and also fresh, as the pump is airless. The cream itself absorbs really well, and leaves my skin feeling lovely and hydrated. I apply it at night after cleansing and applying the Nude by Nature facial oil. It sits nicely on top of those products, and my skin feels plumper in the morning. The only issue I have with this cream is the smell. Any product for your face that has a scent you need to like as you are literally applying it to your nose! I found the scent of this cream not something that I enjoyed, it has quite a herbal scent which I think comes from the natural ingredients it contains. I generally prefer unscented facial products, but that is the only complaint I have about this product, and it’s really more of a personal preference. The scent does eventually fade, so it definitely isn't a deal breaker.

I was sent this Jergens Body Balm to trial, thanks BH! I have dry skin, and have to make sure the body moisturiser I use is deeply moisturising. This comes in a large tub (170g) and it is easy to scoop out the right amount, rather than fiddling with a squeeze bottle. The moisturiser is thick and creamy, but still easy to spread over your skin and very emollient. It is supposed to combat extremely dry skin, with added vitamins and plant protein complex. I have found it to be very moisturising, and I haven't had any dry patches since I have started using it morning and night. I apply both after the shower at night, and on completely dry skin in the morning, and it absorbs well either way! The scent is light, and quite floral. I used another of Jergens products in this range, and like that one, the scent kind of reminds me of the beach? I think I have used a sunscreen/moisturiser that smells like this before. The scent is light, but it is noticeable. I would definitely use this again, and recommend to anyone who wants a budget-friendly, super moisturising cream.

I was very excited to be sent this product to trial, as I am a bit of a hand cream junkie. I have quite dry hands that tend to hurt if I don't moisture properly, so I always have some to hand. This is quite a big tube as well, coming in at 100ml. Very economical, and a little really goes a long way! It has a screw top cap, which I prefer over flip tops. It is easy to dispense just the right amount, which I found was about a pea-sized amount to cover my hands (front and back) completely. The texture was light, and easy to smooth over your skin. It absorbs quickly, and does not feel greasy or slippery at all. It has a light scent, that somehow reminds me of the beach? It doesn't smell like sunscreen, but kind of a light floral scent. I have been using this hand cream ever since I received it, and I have not had sore dry hands at all while using it. It's going to be perfect coming into winter! I think this is a great, budget-friendly pick for a hand cream and would recommend it.

I've been trialling this serum as part of the trial team - thanks BH! I have skin that tends to dry and dehydrated and have been using a few different products to counteract that. The dispenser for this product is quite ingenious, I hadn't used one quite like it before! The serum is in a sleek bottle and in order to fill up the dropper dispenser, you twist the silver lid before unscrewing. The correct amount can then be droppered onto your palm to be applied. I found 2 drops perfect for getting a good coverage of my face. The serum itself is very pretty and pearlescent in colour. It spreads across your skin with ease and sinks in quickly. I didn't have to wait long to apply other products and it doesn't ball up like some other serums do when you apply make up over the top. It does have a noticeable scent - kind of like a fruity hair care product? Which I actually liked but something to note if you are sensitive as you do notice it especially when applying near your nose! After using this morning and night for the past few weeks I have felt my skin to be brighter and moisturised as well! I can't wait to see the results of using it for longer - I find you can really tell the difference after a month or so. Will definitely keep using this and would recommend- I've been wanting to try a vitamin C serum for a long time and glad I finally did!
