I have really loved using the L'Oreal Purifying Sugar Scrub for the last week. I have already started to see a difference in my skin's texture and appearance. The scrub has an unusual appearance and has small kiwi fruit seeds throughout it, but it feels very natural and luxurious. I enjoyed the scent, it was fruity but not too strong or overbearing. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin this might not be the best choice. I also love the packaging; the product comes in a glass jar and looks lovely in my bathroom shelf. The texture of the scrub is lovely, it has a gel-like consistency when I initially put it on my skin but melted into my skin as I used it. I found that I only needed a small amount of the scrub each time I used it because it worked so well. I think the scrub will last me for quite a while because of this. I think that the overall texture and gritty-ness of the scrub is perfect, I think it is a really effective scrub. I found that the scrub created a warming feeling on my face when I initially started using it, but this wasn't unpleasant at all and disappeared once I started to rub the product into my skin. I used the scrub when my skin was dry, but if the product was too gritty for you, using it with slightly wet skin might help. I noticed that my blackheads have reduced quite a bit since using the scrub over the last week, especially on my nose and chin. I am keen to see if they will reduce even more over the coming weeks as I will continue to use it. I didn't notice any difference in the pimples on my face after using the scrub. I will be re-purchasing this product for sure , it is one of the best exfoliators that I have ever used. I would also recommend the L'Oreal Purifying Sugar Scrub to anyone looking for a solid exfoliator that really works and makes a difference with blackheads.

I was fortunate enough to be included in the Maybelline Superstay Foundation trial team and I have really enjoyed testing out the foundation. The Superstay foundation certainly is full coverage from my experience. I found that it covered all of the imperfections in my skin easily and it also did a good job at reducing my under eye circles. The foundation has a really nice matte finish, but for my combination skin, I did find that it looked a bit cakey. However, for someone with oilier skin, I think that the matte finish would work really well. I didn't feel the need to set the foundation with powder after putting it on because I was so pleased with the matte finish. Unfortunately, the colour I chose wasn't quite right for my skin tone, so I will have to mix this foundation with others to make it work for me. I chose color 10 (Ivory), which had a yellow undertone which I did really like, however for my skin tone it was a little bit too dark. The scent of the foundation was really subtle which I liked. I could hardly smell it at all when I was putting it on which was great. The consistency was also quite nice, it was smooth and not too runny or too thick and I had no trouble putting it on my skin I did find that the foundation set quite quickly, so I realised that I needed to blend it out quite soon after putting it on my skin. Again, this might be different for someone with oilier skin. Overall I think the foundation is a really affordable, high coverage, matte finish foundation and for the right person, it would be a great product. I would definitely recommend it to someone with oilier skin who is looking for a foundation like this.

I have been using the Sukin cream cleanser for the last couple of months. Overall I have enjoyed using the cleanser, especially to remove my makeup at night before bed. It is a very gentle cleanser that is moisturising. My favourite thing about the cleanser is the natural and subtle scent that smells great just like the rest of my Sukin products. When I use it I find it best to wet my face first then I apply a small amount of the cleanser to my face. The consistency is very nice, it is beautiful and smooth and feels very luxurious. I prefer foaming cleansers so my reservations about this product are based on that, I find it difficult to know if a cream cleanser is doing anything sometimes. If you do enjoy using cream cleansers then this product would be ideal for you! It really is a beautiful product, just not something I am used to using.

I have really enjoyed being on the trial team for the Body Shop Almond Milk and Honey Body Lotion! The product is lovely and I will repurchase it or something similar from the Body Shop in the future.
The lotion is quite light but absorbed fairly easily into my skin, leaving it feeling soft and nourished. I feel that this will be a good lotion for use during winter when I am looking for a thicker lotion to use when my skin is drier.
The lotion has a lovey smooth texture, and it's consistency is not too thick or too thin making it very easy to apply. It feels very luxurious. The lotion also has a very lovely, long lasting scent. It is natural smelling and definitely on the sweet side! At times I did find the scent to be a bit overpowering as it wasn't something I am used to but on the whole I enjoyed it.
I really liked the packaging of the body lotion. The tube was very easy to use, much easier than other body butters I have tried previously from the Body Shop. The tube looks really lovely on my dresser.
I have been aware of the Body Shop's ethical production of its products and naturally sourced ingredients which I really love. I will feel confident buying and using this product knowing that there are no nasty surprises. I was also pleased to discover that the Body Shop products are vegetarian!
Overall I really loved the body lotion and I am keen to re purchase or try similar Body Shop lotions in the future!

I am so glad I was able to trial this product as a part of the trial team! It is such a lovely product that I have really enjoyed using. I really love the consistency of the scrub, it isn't too thick or too thin. It was easy to scoop out but not too thick that it was difficult to rub into my skin. The product has such a lovely, natural scent that wasn’t too overpowering and added a touch of luxury. I found that there was enough exfoliating pieces in the balm so I didn't have to use heaps of the balm to work well as a scrub. I really appreciated this as I have tried scrubs in the past that only had a few pieces and were much more difficult to use. The balm was also very moisturising, after using it I hardly felt the need to moisturise. After using the exfoliating balm my skin felt very soft and smooth without feeling dry or tight. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy about it was the jar that the product came in. I found it difficult to keep the product dry in the shower or bath. I feel like a tube application would be easier to use. Apart from that I love it.
I really enjoyed using the exfoliating balm before shaving, it worked perfectly to prepare my skin. I also found that the exfoliating balm worked really well to prepare my skin for fake tanning, being both exfoliating and moisturising it helped to prevent dark spots around my ankles and knees. I know that I will be using this throughout the summer! Whilst the product is a little bit pricey I would consider repurchasing it, especially for a special event or holiday. I would recommend this to a friend looking for a scrub or an alternative product to a scrub or something more exfoliating. I also think this product would work really well for someone with dry skin who would like to exfoliate their skin.

I have really enjoyed trialling this body oil. It has a lovely consistency and it very easy to apply. The oil wasn’t too thin that it was difficult to rub in but it also wasn’t too thick that it took too long to absorb. I did prefer to apply the oil before bed so that it didn’t get onto my clothes as I don’t like the feeling of being sticky during the day. When I woke up the oil had completely absorbed leaving my skin soft and moisturised. There was no overwhelming scent which I really enjoyed, I have slightly sensitive skin so non-scented products work best for me. I love the pump top; oils are often messy but the pump made the oil so easy to dispense. I found this oil much easier to apply than other oils and it soaked in a lot quicker that some that I have used. It was lovely to apply after having a bath or shower, especially before going to bed. The packaging of the product looks really nice, it feels like a really good quality product that is worth the money. I really enjoyed using the body oil after using the Trilogy exfoliating body balm. I found that it worked well using the exfoliating body balm first while I was in the bath or shower and afterwards applying the body oil. My skin felt very soft and smooth afterwards. I did this once a week when I had the time but I would have loved to do it more often. I also found that this combination worked really well as preparation for fake tan! Whilst I really enjoyed using the body oil, I probably wouldn’t consider purchasing it because I personally prefer to use creams or lotions to moisturise. I would definitely recommend this to someone who was looking for a body oil to use.

I was lucky enough to try out the Pantene Sheer Volume Conditioner as apart of a trial team. I have really enjoyed trying it out for the last couple of weeks. I used it along with the matching shampoo and found that they worked really well together. I love the scent, it was very much like the shampoo, it smells sweet but not too sweet and very luxurious. The consistency is quite nice, I wouldn't mind it being a little bit thicker but it wasn't too bad. It was easy to distribute throughout my hair and I felt that it did a good job at nourishing my hair. It was easy to rinse out and didn't leave my hair feeling greasy. After my hair had dried it felt really soft and smooth, this lasted until I washed my hair next. My hair was very manageable because it was so soft, any knots I had in my hair I was able to brush out really easily. My hair also smelt really good which was a nice bonus. My hair wasn't weighed down at all by the conditioner and it was quite voluminous. I will probably repurchase, because it went so well with the Sheer Volume Shampoo.

I have really enjoyed using the Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo as apart of a trial team. The first thing I noticed about the shampoo was the lovely scent, its sweet but not too sweet and felt very luxurious. The shampoo is thick in consistency, but not too thick, it feels like a professional shampoo. It foamed up really nicely and was easy to move around my scalp and hair. I felt like it cleaned my hair really well, removing the residue left by styling products I had used without drying it out. After my hair dried, its was so soft and still smelt really good. My hair didn't feel weighed down at all, even the second day after it had been washed. I really noticed how soft and healthy my hair felt, with other volumising shampoos I have used in the past I have felt that my hair was being stripped of its moisture, this was not the case with this shampoo, my hair was very soft as well as being voluminous. I will repurchase this in the future, its a great all around shampoo, even if you we're after more voluminous hair, I would still recommend it, its just a great shampoo!

I purchased this curl cream in the hope that it would help my natural curls to last longer throughout the day. I found that this product gave some hold to my hair, however with my hair it wasn't enough to last all day. I found that the weight of the cream pulled out the curls a bit too much. I do have quite fine, slippery hair though so this may not be the case for someone with thicker hair that holds curls better. It did leave my hair looking healthy and shiny and also gave nice texture which was useful for putting my hair into up dos. It was nice to have both of these features in the one product as this is hard to find. When using the curl cream I found that it was best to apply when my hair was fairly damp or wet, otherwise the product could leave my hair looking a bit greasy. As with most products it was also important to make sure that I didn't put too much in, for my medium length hair 1 pump was plenty. I love the affordable price that it is sold at, it makes buying it less of a risk. I also enjoyed the scent of the product, it was pleasant and not too overpowering or strong. I personally wouldn't repurchase, however I would happily recommend it to a friend who had the right type of hair for this product.

I had purchased this product hoping that it would help my natural curls to stay in place better than they do. I found that the curl cream did give a little extra hold to my hair, however it didn't help a huge deal with keeping the curls in my hair all day. When I applied it, it did add some texture to my hair which made it easier for up dos to stay in place throughout the day. This texture also added or maintained the volume I had in my hair throughout the day. I also found that it worked best when applied to fairly damp/wet hair as drier hair tended to look oily/greasy. This product may work for people who are only in need of a little hold and are looking to add moisture to their hair. Whilst it didn't work so well for me and what I was wanting, I think it could work really well if you have the right type of hair and are looking for this type of product.
