The neutral smell of this lip balm, and the fact it does not overdo moisture is the main reason why I reach for this lip balm out of my entire statsh!! However, I find that it does not last as long on my lips.

I have normal type skin which experiences the odd spot here and there. In the last month, I have been getting these spots frequently and so I resorted to this product to reduce their presence and minimise the chance of scarring. Packaged in a flip-top tube, this product is made up of a orange liquid with orange and red beads throughout (ratio of about 1.5:1). The consistency of the scrub therefore is not runny but stays put and allows for optimum control when squeezing the product out. The beads work well at doing its job of giving the face a nice scrub. It suggests it can be used daily and I agree with this but please be mindful of the pressure you apply when massaging the product onto your face. To clear the blemishes on my face I used this product twice a day, making sure to concentrate my massaging onto my problem areas. I let the cleanser sit on my face for a minute or two in during which a cooling sensation can be felt. I can see a visible reduction in redness immediately after use. After two days of use my blemishes were gone. I also used this cleanser to remove the last traces of makeup after using a cleansing wipe. I found it to work extremely well. Overall, I am highly impressed with this cleanser. I strongly recommend you give this a go if you are seeking an affordable blemish treatment product with effective results.

This body lotion looks and feels like sunscreen which I'm not a fan of. It is quite difficult to rub in and takes a while to absorb. The fragrance of the product is pleasant but is strong and tends to linger for a few minutes after application. In terms of moisturisation, the product moisturises well.

What I love love about this bb cream was the application process. I found it to be really easy to apply as the bb cream blends and glides on the skin very smoothly (I have normal skin). Thus, it gave a really flawless and nice finish. Pores are visibly minimised, however coverage on blemishes is minor. The shade medium-light fits my skintone exact.

This dry shampoo by Batiste has a florally scent to it which smells nice but at times can be too strong. When you spray it on your roots, a white powder is dispersed. Massaging in it however makes sure it is absorbed. After use, I found that most of the oil from my hair was absorbed, leaving my hair with a fresh feeling. For me, it does not add any volume to my hair.

This in shower lotion works great at keeping my skin soft, both during and hours after application. However, it fails to completely moisturise, with my body still dry several hours after use (4-5hrs). When I was using it I also noticed it had an overpowering floral(?) scent which I didn't like. Will not purchase again.

This body wash is of a medium consistency and foams well. It has a non-offensive smell that does not linger long on your skin after a shower which I find great as it means you can layer on fragances. The pump packaging is also a winner for me. However, it does not live up to its claim as being extra rich and significantly moisturising.

Ulta3's Moisturising Lipsticks are cheap as chips. The also come in a wide range of shades which I find so appealing as it means we can indulge and experiment without spending a fortune. The packaging of this lipstick, especially for a cheaper lipstick is exceptionally. Housed is a sleek, black and clear case, the lipstick l believe looks on par with drugstore brands. It does not feel filmsy but would be in between filmsy and drugstore feel. Onto the lipstick itself, I find it does contain moisturising agents and payoff is great. However because it does not last long and thus will require reapplication, it has lost a star for me.

I got Neutrogena's Beach Defence Sunscreen from the November Beautorium event after wanting to update my current sunscreen product and seeing consistent positive reviews. What I love about the sunscreen firstly is its bright yellow colour which makes it easily distinguishable when in a full beach bag. Secondly, the sunscreen bottle is quite sturdy thus meaning you can easily control the amount of sunscreen that is squeezed out. Instead of the usual twist cap, the Beach Defence Sunscreen features a strong clip cap which I strongly favour as it protects the product from accidently opening. The lotion itself is highly commendable. Being SPF 50, it is 4 hours resistant. It also covers both UVA and UVB rays, thereby protecting against sunburn. It applies like moisturiser, is not greasy and absorbs really quickly which I love and recommended to those who dislike the feeling of sunscreen like I do. The scent of this sunscreen is another favourite of mine. It doesn't have the typical sunscreen smell but slight fruity/flowery scent which is very pleasant.

At a extremely affordable price, these bobby pins are undoubtedly the best quality bobby pins I have ever used. These are grip on hair pieces tight but remove easily, meaning no clipping and pulling of the hair is felt! They also come in different colours to match your hair colour which is another plus. I highly recommend these bobby pins.
