l gave this to my daughter to try also so l could give a complete review with the age difference. The container is really pretty and opening it was easy. Every day for 3 weeks we took 1 teaspoon and dissolved it in our coffee. Suggestions do not just put it in water and drink as it does have a strong unpleasant taste. Now in regards to did l notice any difference l would have to say no not yet but my daughter l did notice a big difference with her hair. lt really has made her hair look healthy as she had surgery and her hair and skin suffered due to medication. My daughter is going to continue using this as she believes it has helped but l haven't noticed any change maybe because l am older.

l use this shampoo every second wash and l can honestly say after using it my very thick course hair is super soft. You really don't need a lot of the shampoo as it does lather up great. l have blonde foils and it does not strip the color from your hair. l highly recommend this shampoo if your hair is in need of some love and care.

l put mine in the fridge for about 30 minutes before l put it on my face and relax l did find after using the mask my skin honestly did feel more hydrated. lts a great mask and yes l would say try it and your skin will feel a lot better.
