This eye cream is an affordable one, unlike many others that are out on the market. I have found it good to use so far, for moisturisation under the eyes. The eye cream comes in a tube with a twist top cap. It is a thick, creamy and white lotion which is easily spreadable. I use it in the mornings and evenings underneath my eye and under my eyebrow for moisture as it contains hyaluronic acid. It does not appear to have any strong fragrance. A simple no fuss and affordable eye cream. Although if you have specific issues you want to fix, it might be worth considering other options. I would recommend this one if you want a simple eye cream for hydration, but for concerns such as fine lines, darkness etc. there may be specific eye creams out there for those.

Thank you BH for letting me trial this luxe product - I was quite excited to give it a go to see if it really did improve skin texture, radiance, elasticity and firmness that was advertised. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have enjoyed using it every morning and night as part of my usual skincare routine. I apply it after cleansing, as a serum. The Advanced Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate definitely feels like a luxury product - the bottle is a heavy glass with a metal twist cap. The lid incorporates a 'dropper' to dispense the product that automatically fills itself when you open and close the lid which was interesting. The product applied to my skin easily, absorbs without residue and leaves a velvety smooth texture. I have found it hydrating. There is a faint scent that smells clean. It felt like a watery-gel and spreads such that you only need a small amount to cover the face. At first, I would dispense too much and have learnt to control the dropper dispenser over time. I have certainly noticed an improvement to my skin texture and will continue to use it. I have normal/dry skin, and did not have any adverse reactions or breakouts with this product. I have seen suggestions to explore using it with makeup and will give that a try also in the future.

I have been enjoying using this in the warmer weather because of its light gel consistency. It is refreshing and cool on your face. The product comes in a plastic tub with a twist top lid. I've been applying this as a moisturiser underneath my make-up. It absorbs very quickly. It is a very light product, and so good for general wear but if you have dry skin it might be better to use something creamier in the evenings. I have enjoyed using this during daytime as it isnt oily in the heat. The gel has a faint scent which is pleasant and clean.

I was excited to take part in this trial team as the idea of a rosewater shampoo and conditioner combo sounded very interesting. One of my main hair concerns is product build up, and so was keen to try out the range as it was marketed to be 0% silicone. The conditioner comes in a plastic push top nozzle dispenser to make to easy to access the product in the shower (the plastic bottle is recyclable). The packaging is a light pink design with rose patterns on it; akin to the package design of the shampoo. The conditioner is an opaque gel-like consistency which is creamy to layer onto the hair. I often only use conditioner in the bottom half of my hair as I can get an oily scalp. There is a rose scent, which goes with the rosewater theme, yet the scent is quite light. It is noted that once you wash and blow dry your hair, there is not a noticeable scent remaining. In using the conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo, my hair was left feeling clean and fresh. The ends of my hair was moisturised from the conditioner. Thanks BH for letting me try it out.

I was excited to take part of the trial team for this product. The idea of a rosewater shampoo is interesting. The design of the bottle is a light pink design with rose patterns. The consistency of the shampoo is a clear-gel formula with a light rose scent. It lathers very well, if you enjoy a foamy shampoo. I noticed that I only needed to use a tiny pump per use as you can lather it up to coat the entire hair. After use, in conjunction in using the shampoo with the matching conditioner, my hair felt clean and fresh once dry. There is not really any noticeable scent on the hair after blow drying as the shampoo scent is very light and seems to disappear after washing.

I had this period where my skin was super dry and flaky. This cream is heavy, but gloriously so. I apply this in the evenings as the last step of my skincare routine (after all the toner / serums and eye cream) to lock everything in. It is a thick cream and I find that it does not absorb into the skin straight away, however, in the morning my skin is supple and moisturised. At times, I change up my moisturiser to something lighter in the summer time, however I always come back to this when my skin is dry. The cream comes in a heavy glass container with a twist top lid. It is noted that the cream is scented - it has a light floral scent. It has lasted me a long time and I will certainly repurchase.

I was lucky to receive the Foreo Luna 3 as part of the BH Trial Team. I was very excited because I had never tried a tool like this to apply my cleanser before. The packaging and feel of the Luna 3 itself is very luxe. It also comes with a carry pouch for travel/storage. You can tell that this is a high quality product from the materials. I was a bit skeptical about incorporating my smart phone into my skincare routine as I prefer not to bring my mobile into the bathroom with me. The good thing was that you may set a favourite setting for the vibration style using the app. This allowed me to use the Luna 3 on that same setting from then on, without the app. However, if you wish to change the setting, you'll need to pop back on the app to change it. The product itself does not come with many instructions, and so I found myself searching the internet to learn how it is used. I experienced a few difficulties with linking the Luna 3 with my smartphone. The customer service chat within the app was a convenient feature, however I found the customer service to be non-responsive. The website however for the Luna 3 is quite useful for general FAQs. There are a quite a few settings for the vibration routines. I have been using it with my cleanser in the shower on the suggested beginner setting. Essentially, the app vibrates to a pattern with a pause after a certain duration to indicate for you to move the Luna 3 to a different area of your face. It also comes with massage settings which can be very nice to apply to your temples and chin relax your face. I mostly use the cleanser routine, and use the massage routines on rare occasions, as I don't like to bring my smartphone into the bathroom with me. I wanted to also note that a single charge has lasted for ages! It seems you rarely need to charge it. The bristles are surprisingly soft and gentle on the skin. My skin has felt a lot cleaner as a result of ongoing use. I'm unsure of it has helped with breakouts as I do get the hormonal ones every now and again. Following the shower, I give it a clean with water and pat it dry. I like to lay it with the bristles up, as I found sometimes the bristles can bend if placed with other items. The bristles go back to normal after I use them again. Having looked at the price tag, I do believe it is quite an expensive gadget which would normally be out of my budget for what I typically spend on skincare. It is certainly a luxe product, and I have enjoyed using it (except for with the smartphone).

I have enjoyed using the loose powder bronzer by Nude by Nature and thought I would give the pressed bronzer a try. The pressed bronzer is a lot easier to travel with and I like how it long it has lasted. It is certainly a strong bronzer in comparison to the loose powder in terms of shade and build-ability. I don't believe it is a bronzer which you can build up colour, as it is quite pigmented and dark to begin with. I'd recommend to use a light hand and a fluffy brush to blend, the shade is more on the orange side rather than brown, if applied too heavily. I have an olive skin tone, and so the shade suits, but I still need to tap off any excess product from the brush and apply it very lightly in order for it to look natural. It does give off a nice summery glow. I use it as both a bronzer but also on my eyelids as a shadow occasionally. I do prefer the loose powder bronzer from Nude by Nature as I find the shade easier to build up and apply for a natural look, but this one I carry in my work bag and for travelling.

I am a fan of clay masks, and was very interested to try a product that could be used as a mask and a wash. Thanks for BH for letting me try it as part of the trial team. Said to be three in one: wash, scrub and mask, I tried it in all three functions. The product comes in a squeeze tube dispenser. It was not hard to dispense the clay from the tube when it was full, however I can imagine it may be hard to get product out when it is getting empty. The product comes out as a black/grey gel (similar to toothpaste consistency) with small beads of exfoliant. It is hard to distinguish the product as a wash or a scrub (as marketed as three functions), since it appears it is a scrub in both cases. I enjoyed the light exfoliation and it feels fresh on the face - not too harsh. As a mask, it is unlike other clay masks because it doesn't form a dry mask on your skin. Often with clay masks, you apply it as a wet product on your skin and as it dries hard, it draws out impurities. This product I left on my skin for the recommended amount of time, but it was still wet. I found it refreshing to wash off, but potentially not as satisfying as a standard clay mask. I did enjoy the experience of the product and the scent, however I feel that it may be trying to (or marketed to) do too many things at once. I enjoyed the product used as a scrub wash as I do believe it feels refreshing on the skin. However, as a mask, I don't believe it was as effective as other clay masks I have used in the past.

I am a huge fan of cleansing oils, ever since learning about the double cleanse technique through Korean skincare, and so I was curious to try the Neutrogena Deep Cleansing Oil. Thank you BH for letting me be part of the trial team for this product. The oil comes in a generously sized push-pump nozzle container. The oil is fairly thick in consistency, in comparison to other cleansing oils I have tried from Korean brands, however I love the scent of this one. It has such a fresh and floral scent which lingers even after you wash your face. I used it firstly on a dry face to remove makeup by massaging it into the skin, and then add some water and wash off once the makeup is coming loose. I often only wear light make up, and it removed it easily. I still however prefer to use micellar water to remove eye makeup as I feel it is more delicate an area, however this oil can be used around the eye area as well. Overall I found it enjoyable and effective to use, without leaving my face feeling oily afterwards. Fresh faced feeling.
