The conditioner is on the thinner side probably so it’s not too rich for finer, thinning hair. I apply it as usual after rinsing out the plantar shampoo. I wait a few minutes for the conditioner to replenish moisture and then rinse it out in cool water. My hair dries without any greasy residue. It doesn’t feel weighed down. It has body and bounce and shine. I love the conditioner for not having any overpowering scent. Also love the squeeze tube in a paler green compared to the vibrant green for the cylindrical shape of the shampoo packaging. Easy way to tell the products apart rather than having to read labels.

The facial contour roller feels heavy and high quality. The handle is made of metal and feels cold to the touch. The faceted balls feel plastic. The roller feels really amazing on the fleshy areas of my face - cheeks, sides of face, chin. However, it doesn't really feel the same on the boney parts of my face such as forehead, nose. And I can't get the roller in and around my eye contour. It's a little too big for the delicate eye area. Maybe a tinier version of this for the eye area would be nice. I really enjoyed using the roller, as it feels nice and relaxing. I don't know if it's lifts or sculpts my face, but it does give you that spanking relaxing feel.

The bright green packaging is hard to miss in the shower. I was expecting the shampoo to smell like coffee but it has a subtle fragrance. The shampoo suds up easily and breaks down dirt, oils from my scalp easily. It rinses out without any icky residue left behind. My hair feels clean but not striped of its natural moisture. It doesn't weigh my hair down  either. I just style my hair as usual and it behaves as expected. I'm not sure whether it's helping with hair loss or growth but I would love to see some long term results so I will continue to use the shampoo and conditioner pair.

Burts Bee Ultra Conditioning lip balm is marketed as rich in butters and oils. It's claiming its made with 100% responsibly sourced beeswax. The balm comes in its usually solid stick form and is easy to use and stash away. A couple of swipes of the balm stick over my lips is enough to coat my lips with a moisture barrier. It feels lightweight and there's no strong fragrance which is nice. However, it does feel like the lipbalm sits on my lips rather than absorbing and hydrating the lip area. It feels like a light waxy coating on my lips and my lips don't feel hydrated.

Bioderma Sensibio Miceller cleansing oil comes in a cylindrical shape pump bottle. The cleansing oil smells earthy and doesn't seem to have any added fragrance. I like to use it to breakdown and dissolve my makeup and/or sunscreen. The oil is pleasantly lightweight and applies easily. I splash water on it and it starts to turn milky. I gently massage my face and the cleansing oil breaks up and dissolves my makeup/sunscreen. I follow it up with a gel cleanser as a second cleanse. I love the clean and fresh feeling this oil cleanser gives to my skin. It doesn't feel too harsh (thick/heavy) on my skin. It also doesn't irritate my eyes or make it blurry from the oil like other oil cleansers tend to do, which is a game changer!

Dermal Therapy Sensitive Skin Lotion claims to 'increase skin hydration by 50%.' It's marketed as free from insensitive skin ingredients such as petrochemicals, parables and fragrances. I suffer from eczema and this came to me at the right time because I'm having moderate to severe eczema flares at the moment. The lotion is rich yet lightweight, hydrating and softening skin upon application. Because I have to use steroid prescriptions cream on my eczema flares, it tends to get extra dry so I like to go over certain areas with extra hydration and this lotion seems to do the trick. When my skin feels extra itchy, I will sometimes apply this lotion to 'reset' the skin so the itch goes away. I haven't experienced insensitivity from using this lotion.

Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover Blemish Control foundation comes in a clear jar with a pale green screw-on lid. I wish it had a mirror and a brush or just a space to include my own travel sized brush so I could touch up my makeup on the go. The mineral powder foundation is fine milled and has to be applied with a brush. Unfortunately, I was matched to a medium shade when I usually am in between the light to medium shade and should have asked for a shade down. But I didn’t want to be rude so I let it go. I’m a person of colour so I like an exact match for my skintone rather than going a shade darker for a ‘healthy glow’ that seems to be the trend right now. It blurs my skin imperfections and uneven skintone without feeling cakey or super dry and unnatural. I only wish it was the correct shade because it is a good product. As is, I might give it away to someone who is a better match for this.

The Nude by Nature Moisture Infusion foundation comes in a 30mL squeeze tube with a pump for dispensing the product. Love the beigey, nudey colour packaging with pump as it keeps things hygienic. The foundation is a medium coverage buildable foundation which I need about a couple of pumps of for a sheer coverage of my face. It blurs and evens out my skintone and imperfections for a smooth, sheer finish. I use a tiny bit of oil control moisturiser in my t zones to keep the oils from surfacing and this foundation smooths over it really well. The foundation has really become a part of my beauty routine. I build up the coverage of the foundation for those days where I need extra help or on nights out. It doesn’t feel cakey or pill off. My biggest issue with foundation is it oxidising on my skin but so far its stayed fresh throughout the day. As the weather warms up more, it will really test the foundation but so far so good.

The Hemptuary Hemp Infused moisturiser with arnica and manuka oil comes in a 100 g white squeeze tube with a bronze flip-tab lid. It has a pale colour with a strong lemon grass like scent. I was confused what the moisturiser was for, face or body. Ultimately, the strong smell made me decide to use it as a hand cream rather than a face cream. It’s a rich balmy consistency which I find is ok on my hands but I would hate on my face. Theres a bit of residue left once the moisturser is absorbed by the skin. It feels like a nice moisture barrier for my hands which I’m brutal with, washing is several times a day. My hands feel softer, smoother and hydrated. I keep it by my work desk to reapply throughout the day. It’s a generous sized tube of mosituriser at 100 g and it will last me ages.

The Hemptuary Hemp Soothing Body Balm with calendula and manuka honey comes in a 30g jar with a bronze/rose gold coloured screw-on lid. The balm is a pale green shade of cake which I scoop out of the jar and rub on the areas of my body which needs a little extra moisture barrier. I’m eczema prone so I like to apply it to areas that are extra dry, itchy, flaky, scaly. I also like to soothe my eczema flares when I find its drying off after my steroid treatments. The balm is also good to smooth away fly away hair and unruly eyebrows. I just use the tiniest amount so as not to turn my hair greasy. The balm has a nice herbly scent that I usually forget is even there once its applied.
