I think this is a good product. It is gentle and soothing on my sensitive eye area and removes all traces of makeup requiring only a gentle wipe off with a damp sponge (less landfill than a wipe!) Whilst it is greasy in texture it leaves the eye feeling soft after washing. I've moved on from other Bache products over the years, but keep coming back for this one.
