I was lucky to trial the Revlon Gel Envy Nailpolishes! I was happy with the range of colours in the collection and how glossy the Top Coat is! I also think the Top Coat provides extra protection and staying power as my nail colour did not chip until the 5-6 day. PROS: - Beautiful creamy consistency (with exceptions, see Cons below). All of my favourites above have a creamy and opaque finish which I love - Top Coat provides glossy shine - Nail Polish starts to chip at 5-6 days for me - Easy to remove (except for the Red polishes) - Colour and Base in One, so speeds up the process of applying nailpolish at home (compared to applying a separate Base Coat, Colour and Top Coat - Quick drying time CONS: - Some of the lighter shades like Checkmate, All or Nothing, In the Money (beautiful though), and Cardshark had a thin consistency and left a streaky finish after two coats. Three or more coats is recommended.

I received the Schick Hydro Silk shaver as part of the trial team. For the trial I shaved one leg using the Schick Hydro Silk and the other leg using my current "no frills" shaver. My "no frills" shaver does have a strip of Vitamin E above the blades (as most shavers do these days). The box comes comes with two shaver heads and also a shaver holder which you can attach to your bathroom wall using suction. This is a very nifty gadget and even the hubs was impressed. My first impression was that the shaver itself is very sturdy and has lots of grip so you are in full control. As I shaved my leg, it felt amazingly silky and smooth. It was really easy to shave my legs and felt really good to use on my skin. The moisturising serum is activated by water and it allows the shaver to glide over your skin while shaving off the hairs. It definitely felt quite luxurious compared to my current "no frills" razor. My legs felt smooth after the shave (as did my other leg) but I definitely notice that my leg shaved by the Schick Hydro Silk was more moisturised than my other leg shaved by the "no frills". That night I didn't apply any moisturiser to either of my legs. The next day, both my legs felt both dry lol. The regrowth on my legs appear to be the same on both – there is no significant difference from what I can see. I really enjoyed using this shaver and will continue to use it!

I've been using this product for a week and a half and I have seen results! Once applied, the serum is absorb instantaneously into my skin. My skin feels very soft upon first application. After a couple of days, my skin begins to feel softer and my skin tone looks more even After a week and a half, my skin feels much softer, has more elasticity and the texture is smoother. I also noticed that my skin felt like it was luminous and glowy :) I have normal combination skin and it did not feel any oilier after applying the serum, it did feel hydrated. The serum has no scent which is what I personally prefer. I found it very easy to apply - the pump ensures the serum remains hygenic Overall , I could defintely see a difference in my skin tone and texture :) I especially recommend this during winter when skin can typically look dull, this product could help rejuvenate and provide a dewy look to your skin!

I received two Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede lipsticks in Finale 095 and Backstage 035. I was definitely impressed with the long-lasting colour and moisturised feeling of my lips! When applying the lipstick, it is velvety and moisturising at first. It then becomes quite sticky/tacky and this is normal for long-wear lipsticks - it is when the lipstick is settling onto your lips! During this time I wouldn't touch my lips or eat anything so to make sure the colour is setting nicely. After the tacky feeling is gone, the lipstick stays put for the whole day, even through meals and this really impressed me as most lipsticks dont stay on after eating! Although after a few hours, the colour isn't as vivid as it was when you first apply, I found my lips to be relatively hydrated and not completely dried out. I would also dab some Paw Paw ointment or re-apply the lipstick for more colour and moisture The packaging isn't anything fancy, but it suits the purpose and the lid is clear so you can see what the colour of the lipstick is exactly! The lipstick has no smell which is perfect for me, as I hate overpowering smells! The only con for me would be the visible lines/wrinkles on my lips after the lipstick has settled. Although I was looking very closely at my lips and it probably isn't visible unless you come up real close and stare! All in all, I definitely recommend this product!

I was super excited to trial and review this product (thank you Beautyheaven!) and I wasn't disappointed! I have never used a BB cream before, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I applied the BB cream initially using my fingers and absolutely hated the texture and finish of the product on my skin! The product felt very grainy (due to the micro-capsules) and was quite streaky on my face. I tried applying it the second time with a foundation brush and it worked wonders. I used the medium skin tone and it very closely matched my own natural colour with a slight bronzy/glowy look (note it comes out white from the bottle and transforms into you skin colour). I loved the finish and texture of the product on my skin! You can also control the amount of coverage from light to medium without looking like you caked it on. I thought that the BB cream provides excellent coverage for a “non-foundation” product. The product felt hydrating on my skin which is a plus, especially because it's very dry during Winter! There is a slight sunscreen smell but this didn't bother me at all and the smell goes away once applied. Overall I think the L'oreal BB Cream did a pretty amazing job and performs as well as any light to medium coverage foundation you can find in the market. I think I would definitely be wearing this during the day where I would like additional coverage than what a tinted moisturiser can provide.

I was very excited to receive the Lancome Rouge in Love lipstick in the colour 379N from beautyheaven to review! Thanks for the opportunity :) First impressions: I loved the packaging, very sleek and chic. The colour I received was 379N which is a Berry colour, gravitating towards a reddy-purple/blue toned colour. I have medium-yellow based skin tone so I usually dont opt for blue toned lipstick shades as they dont compliment me as well as warm tones do Colour aside, the actual lipstick formula is divine! the colour is extremely pigmented yet conditioning and nourishing at the same time. The lipstick gives a creamy/sheen finish which I love. My lips were never dry or chapped when I wore the lipstick :) The colour lasted quite a long time, even during a night of eating and drinking. Application was very easy, just straight from the tube The lipstick has a slight fragrance to it - rose. I don't mind slight fragrances and it wasn't overpowering. The cost of the lipstick is about AUD45 a pop which is quite pricey in my opinion Overall I absolutely loved the formula and pigmentation of the lipstick, I would definitely look into other colours and would consider buying one that was more of an everyday, wearable colour for me so I would get cost-per-wear :)
