I was pretty disappointed with this mascara. After reading that it contained argan oil, I assumed it'd be a dry, more oil-based formula, and so it'd be able to hold a curl better and would maybe be waterproof. Wasn't the case, this mascara weighs down my lashes and I end up having to recurl them afterwards, and is not waterpoof. it provides some great length, but no volume whatsoever, so it gives a very natural look. The brush is great though, can't fault it there. The bristles are really long and spaced out so every single lash is coated and not clumpy in the slightest. I'd place this somewhere in between the Maybelline Full'n'Soft mascara and Covergirl's clump crusher. In terms of lengthening it doesn't do much there either, it does somewhat, but nothing miraculous. One thing I did like is that it doesn't leave your lashes crunchy and spidery looking, and is not difficult to remove. However, since it provides virtually no volume for thin lashes, I'd say skip this unless you've already got thick, long lashes to begin with, or want a very natural look.

When first applied, it feels a little greasy and slippery and is not immediately matte; you need to wait for it to "set" which can take up to 15 minutes i've found (just an aside, it isn't shiny when first applied, but I wouldn't say it's completely matte either). The shade I have, whilst called "nude-ist" isn't particularly nude coloured at all on me. I would say its more of an everyday pink. Though if you've already got naturally red lips, it would probably be an mlbb shade. Also found that it looks a lot more pink on the lips than it does in the tube, where it looks more mauve-y. There is absolutely no added fragrance, apart from a very slight lipstick smell. It dries to a really nice finish that isn't too drying, or overly matte and it's kind of transfer proof in that if you don't intentionally rub it off, it will mostly stay put, but there aren't any claims for lasting power. If you've got any dry spots/flakiness on your lips it will cling onto them, and you'll need two coats to even out the colour. Regardless, I recommend exfoliating before use. The packaging looks very similar to the Maybelline elixir lip glosses, and is just as compact. The doe foot applicator makes it a little bit hard to apply evenly because it's so stiff - I have to apply it with the back of the applicator to avoid streaks. Something a little bit more flexible would have been perfect. Overall a very nice matte lip colour, in fact the only one i've truly liked so far. It's not the same sort of matte as the Revlon mate balms. It's much thinner in texture and feels a little like those roller ball lip glosses from primary school, before it's set. When it has set, it feels literally like nothing. I'll most definitely be repurchasing another of these, though probably on sale as they're a little expensive at full price.

First off, the scent is super duper sweet (I can't place the smell..maybe cake?), and will give you a headache pretty quickly if you held it under your nose for a while. Luckily, the smell dissipates in a few minutes after applying onto your lips. I have the colour "antwerp" which I think would look great year-round, though particularly in the Summer. It's a sort of slightly orange peach colour. It also takes a while to set and won't be matte immediately after application. But when it did set, it had little transfer. In terms of staying power, it held up pretty well; even when drinking a lot of water, it didn't rub off too much. First spots to go are the corners of the mouth, so it definitely needs reapplication throughout the day. As the name suggests, it's a cream and so doesn't bleed, and applying it with the doe foot applicator is relatively easy. Another positive I've noticed, (at least for Antwerp), the packaging colour is a pretty good representation of the actual shade, so it can be easily found in a makeup bag/drawer.

On the days where I don't feel like wearing too much makeup, I like to use the colour Eastend Snob all over my lips. I love the super matte look it gives, and the colour is like a my-lips-but-better colour. In terms of staying power, it isn't terribly great. It will transfer onto cups and will come off as you eat throughout the day, but it doesn't claim to be long lasting or transfer proof. The actual pencil itself is a wind-up, and the tip/opening is angled (rather than a pointy tip) which actually makes application a lot easier. The only thing I find annoying is that it sinks into the lines of your lips a little bit (and kind of cakes up, though just a little) which isn't terribly noticeable. Also a small warning; don't wind it up any higher than ~1mm above the lip of the opening! Since the opening is angled, it makes it a lot easier to break the product.

I find that this really evens out and smooths the skin without looking like a layer of makeup. It has a sort of matte finish - definitely not dewy in any sense and looks very natural. Coverage is buildable, and given the skin is already blemish free/not dry, it will not cake up terribly. That said, it definitely highlights any dry flakes on the sky so you need to exfoliate before use. The packaging is not the greatest. A very heavy glass tub means that it's both inconvenient and unhygienic. I find application is best with fingers as it seems it slides around a little bit with a brush. It is actually quite a thick foundation, and feels thick when applying even though the whipped in the name suggests otherwise. Once on, it smooths out well and doesn't feel heavy. Colour range is not great. I found that I was in between the 250 medium beige shade which was a tad too light, and the warm golden shade which was way too dark. Unfortunately there wasn't a shade in between so I opted for the 250.

This has great coverage if you're looking for a good face concealer for spots and redness, however if you're thinking of getting this for under eye concealing, and you've got a dry under eye area, I'd say look for another product. When applying this to conceal under eye darkness, it seems to sink and settle into any and all dryness that you didn't even know was there. It also dries very very quickly so attempting to pat this in for a more natural look doesn't work and emphasises any dry spots. It comes in a slanted tip applicator, which is quite convenient and hygienic, however the actual tube is also quite stiff so it is a little bit difficult to dispense the product. It blends very well on any unblemished and well hydrated areas of your face, such as cheeks and nose area, and has a powdery/matte finish when set. In Summation: not good for dry under eyes, but good for oily/combo skin, or on cheeks for spot concealing.

This is the only lip balm I've found with this high an SPF factor. Though I use it everyday, it would also be an essential for the beach. It looks just like vaseline being similar in texture, however a little bit greasier. Goes on invsisible, giving just a slight sheen (the same sort you get with vaseline) There is no scent and the applicator is a simple slanted tip. Works as well as I expected, and being the only lip balm with this high an SPF factor, I will definintely be repurchasing.

Though the colour selection isn't too great, there is a nice range from more natural colours to brighter colours to satisfy most needs. The smoothie crayon is very very very faintly scented, so it's not overbearing at all. The colour I purchased is in tea rose, a very pretty pink/mauve colour, very nice for everyday wear. In terms of texture it feels almost identical to the clinique chubbysticks, though maybe a little bit less moisturising. I LOVE the wind up mechanic on this crayon though, It just feels so much less flimsy than on the chubbysticks. It has a very nice finish, just like a lipbalm, and these are mosturising enough so that I can apply it as often as a lipbalm without my lips drying out. One problem is that the lid doesn't stay firmly on the crayon, it's quite easy to pull off so I'd be a little bit wary of this when popping it into your makeup bag.

Chubbysticks are a well-known cult product amongst beauty bloggers, so I was a little reluctant to try them out because I was scared that they were all just hype, but they certainly do live up to it. I have the shades bountiful blush and mega melon which are very neutral shades, so they're great for everyday wear. The texture is very very similar to a lip balm, with even application and nice colour payoff. It's unscented for those of you who don't like scented products, but it does have that all too familiar "lipstick smell" which you can pick up after applying, thankfully it goes away after a couple of minutes, however. The packaging is a simple wind up, so there's no need to sharpen, which also makes it great for makeupon the go. I feel like it could use a more secure lid though, I'm always worried that the lid will fall off and mark everything in my handbag. The only problem with these is that they're a little bit pricey, and there are a lot of other similar products available.

I was honestly not expecting such amazing results with this cleanser! The product itself is sans perfume so for can be used by those whose skin gets easily irritated. The solution looks pretty much like water, all you need to do it pour some onto a cotton pad and wipe over your face to remove makeup. The most surprising thing about this is how easily and quickly it removed my eye makeup without having to rub and rub. Afterwards, there is no need to wash off the solution, it can be just left on the skin. Unlike a lot of other oil based and even some oil free eyemake up removers, this is has absolutely no stinging feeling on application, even on broken skin and doesn't leave you with blurry vision afterwards. It's not drying in the least, and is also hypoallergenic which is perfect for my sensitive skin. Would definitely repurchase, great buy!
