Yep, it’s some big promises to live up to, but our Trial Team members put the all new weightless range to the test to see just how lightweight the duo really is.
The very first thing our Trial Team members noticed (and loved) was the scent. OGX are incredible at making haircare products with standout scents that leave your strands with luscious lingering notes of your favourite fragrances. The next thing our members were surprised and excited by was the inclusion of a nourishing, hydrating oil (argan oil for the record) in a weightless range. But their fears were quickly put to rest, as when washing their tresses they found that the sulphate-free range was able to thoroughly cleanse hair without leaving behind any heavy, weighty residue. Yep, it’s pretty unheard of in the world of fine hair washing.
Our members were able to do their usual double cleansing shampoo routine with the OGX Weightless Hydration Argan Oil of Morocco Shampoo without any concerns of it drying out their strands. And after following it up with the OGX Weightless Hydration Argan Oil of Morocco Conditioner, our Trial Team members found their strands were left looking and feeling unbelievably silky soft, with the extra added benefit of their mane being easy to detangle too.

“I have been using OGX Weightless Hydration Argan Oil of Morocco Shampoo & Conditioner for weeks now and i have really noticed a difference in my scalp and hair. It smells amazing and feels like silk, cleansing and moisturising my hair and scalp with a great lather without stripping it or leaving it dry and their is no residue or build up. “I was super excited to receive this conditioner as part of the BH trial team as I have very fine hair and always have a hard time finding the right conditioner that works with my hair without making it feel greasy, limp or like dry straw after use. This one is a really lightweight conditioner that feels nice to apply and massage into the hair. “As someone with notoriously fine hair that gets weighed down easily, I’m always sceptical of new conditioners. But the OGX Weightless Hydration Argan Oil Conditioner has been a total game-changer. It’s lightweight, as promised, but still manages to leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. I haven’t found that at this (low!) price point before. I love the fact that it’s infused with argan oil and vitamin B5. Which are both amazing for nourishing and strengthening hair. The scent is subtle, which I also really like. After using this conditioner, my hair looks fuller, bouncier and has a healthy shine that I haven’t experienced with other supermarket products. Why this had to cut out at 50 I’ll never know. I would have thought older beauties would have more use for a “fine hair” product. I would have loved to have been asked for this but I’m much too old. Congratulations to the trial members though.

Yes, I have tried Argan Oil Shampoo but I’m not sure if it was the same product. It felt a bit oily on my hair though after it dried.
