“I have used a lot of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost range and have not had a bad product. The Niacinamide Serum did not disappoint! The packaging is sleek and sturdy. I’ve dropped the bottle multiple times and there are no signs of damage at all. The dropper gives a great amount of product too. The first time I used it I applied way too much because my other serums are a lot thinner and I often need two dropperfuls. This serum is much thicker and is almost a gel consistency. “This Niacinamide serum is something else! I have always heard that Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost range is amazing and I was not disappointed. I have tried quite a few Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid serums and found that they have all stung, I am unsure if its due to being fragrance-free but it felt extremely nice on my skin. It also wasn’t sticky as some are. At first I was concerned with the drops being very small but you do not need to use more than one drop. A little goes a long way with the product. The product left my skin feeling not only smooth but looking extremely brightened and fresh.
