The Effaclar Duo + M Moisturiser is specifically designed as a fast-acting (results from just eight hours) imperfection treatment product. Not only a hard-hitting hydrating moisturiser, this treatment now contains phylobioma, an amazing ingredient able to help address the root cause of acne-prone skin. Of course, it still contains salicylic acid and niacinamide from the original formula that form an active-acne fighting duo that can’t be beaten.

“I suffer from adult cystic acne flare ups and breakouts around that time of the month and leading up to it so I was excited to trial LRP’s new acne moisturiser to see how it would fare on my skin. So, I was pleasantly surprised with this product and found it not only helped to calm the redness and inflammation around my red spots but also mattified my skin all day and left it sufficiently moisturised. I had a major flare up prior to starting this product and found it was the perfect time to incorporate it into my routine! The redness dissipated faster than usual and also new flare ups didn’t last as long. My skin continued to stay moisturised and felt soft even until the end of the day.
