If you’ve applied false lashes before, you’re undoubtedly aware of the frustrations that come with trying to apply them flawlessly. Getting the volume, the drama and the curl all perfected while not trying to poke yourself (or worse getting glue in) your eyes. What if we (and our Trial Team members) told you that ordeal is a thing of the past? Well it is! Already the leader in lashes, GLAM by Manicare have decided to step it up yet another notch, bringing out a range of lightweight everyday lashes that give you a natural-yet-enhanced fluttering look. If all that’s tempting you just a touch too much, then you need to hear what our Trial Team members had to say about the trio. 

The first of the three is: GLAM by Manicare Lift & Curl Lashes in ‘Tilly’. Of the three lash styles our Trial Team members had the option of picking between, this was the most ‘natural’ option. These wispy lashes are criss-crossed to give a fluttering effect, and the design is lightweight enough to be able to wear them all day into the office and well into the evening. 

Next up? The GLAM by Manicare Lift & Curl lashes in ‘KiKi’. Our Trial Team members absolutely loved the length of these lashes. The luscious length gave our members a subtle but noticeably lengthened lash. Even though ‘Kiki’ brings a bit of drama, the ergonomic lash band (that’s been pre-curved, mind you) is able to sit flush to your lash line without any discomfort. 

Last but not least, if you’re looking to make a big statement with your eyes, the GLAM by Manicare Lift & Curl lashes in ‘Poppy’ are for you. Our members found that even though you’re going big with these lashes, people won’t be gawking at you on the street (a good thing!). Poppy is still designed for everyday wear with a bit of glam, because it’s in the name after all. Because of the ultra-fine lash band (0.1mm) our members felt that it was super simple to blend into their eye makeup, and they also enjoyed no thick band lifting up and poking them in the eyes. 

Aside from the fun, flattering (and fluttering) lashes, our members also loved that the glue that was used to keep the lashes in place all day has been formulated to be hypoallergenic. Our members also wanted to pass on a few hot tips to get the most out of your lash experience. Firstly, the importance of checking the length of the lash strips before applying. It’s important to remember to cut down your lashes to fit your eye length for the best results. Hot tip two: when it comes to glueing down your lashes, use tweezers (thank the members later). And the final hot tip: make sure you wait roughly thirty seconds for your lash glue to become tacky before you attempt to stick it onto your lash line.

“I apply all other eye makeup first before using Glam by Manicare Lift and Curl lashes. The invisible band is lightweight and strong and can be reused 10 times. I just add the hypo-allergenic adhesive included in the pack to the lash band then wait 30 seconds before applying to my natural lash line. The band is pre-curved so I can apply these lashes smoothly. “These Glam lashes in ‘Poppy’ were so easy to apply and look so natural while still giving you that extra glam. These lashes can be worn day and night.
