The Top 3 Most-Requested Celeb Faces, According To Cosmetic Surgeons

Leading cosmetic clinic, The Private Clinic in London, has revealed the top three most requested faces among women who come in for non-surgical procedures.

Gone are the days when women would hone in on one specific feature; whether it be Penelope Cruz’s lips, J-Lo’s brows or Rosie Huntington-Whiteleys cheekbones.

Now they’re after the whole, symmetical face.

It appears most clients are drawn to celebrities who we typically associate with ‘natural beauty’, with procedure-lovers like Kim Kardashian falling back in popularity.

“The highest-ranked female celebrities tended to favour natural beauty, who are showcasing glowing skin and radiant faces rather than an overly dramatic or enhanced appearance.” said The Private Clinic.

Coming in at third place is The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, with 11 per cent of the surveyed women citing this as the face they most desire to emmulate.

15 per cent of the votes went to Angelina Jolie in second place.

And, taking the number one spot with 18 per cent of the votes, is Margot Robbie, who supposedly has the ‘perfect’ face ratio.

While there are no real surprises to Margot taking first place, for those who aren’t ready to hit the clinic in order to get the Aussie beauty’s look, we’ve compiled some of Patti Du Broff’s (Margot’s makeup artist) best tips for neutral eyes and glowing skin.

As Patti tells her Instagram followers, healthy, glowing and well-prepped skin is the ‘be-all and end-all’ when it comes to the perfect makeup look.

In order to achieve Margot’s naturally flushed rosy cheeks; “Apply a creamy pink blush with your fingers on the apple of your cheeks straight after foundation, and let it sit,” Pati told WhoWhatWear

“Then, after the rest of the face is done, a light dusting of loose powder should go on top, followed by a powder blush – like a whisper – using a fan brush.'”

According to Pati, the mix of cream and powder blush creates a more natural look.

When it comes to the eyes,  a neutral cream shadow all over the lid is her go to on Margot, specifically the Chanel Ombre Première Longwear Cream Eyeshadow in  shade ‘Scintillance’.

Pati then contours the eyes with a soft matte tones, and finishes off with a light pink on the inner corners of the eye.

To complete Margot’s look, Pati told her Instagram followers that she lines the eyes with a nude or ivory eye pencil, a “soft pink shade with a very neutral pencil for light definition” on the lips. This is then finished with minimal mascara, to keep the makeup soft.

For more specifics, Pati has a highlight on her Instagram page titled ‘get the look’ dedicated to products she uses on Margot. Check it out here.

  1. I’m not sure why anyone would want to look like someone else (unless you are a twin). We are all individuals who have our own unique look. Remember the old phrase “accentuate the positive and downplay the negative”.

  2. I think perfect features have changed depending on times in history and our cultural background and ethnicity is also a factor. Margot Robbie represents one type of beauty, but there are so many variations. The idea of symetrical/face ratio calculations is based on outdated science. Our brains can change preferences through neuroplasticity based on our learnt experience. The first model of a perfect face comes from looking at our parents face. Psychology rant is now over.

  3. Not surprised by Angelina being on the list. The other two…hm.no.
For myself I pick my own look, just because it suits me best. I have very strong masculine bone structure, big head, no wishy washy plumped-lip button-nose soft round face would look any good.

  4. hhmm I dont want to look like anyone else. Im very happy being me thank you. I wouldnt mind a flatter stomach but hey its a choice….flatter stomach or chocolate and the chocolate wins. 😀

  5. I wonder what are the most requested features at South Korean cosmetic surgeries, given that they are big on that there.

Personally I’ll stick to my own face, don’t think it would work trying to look like someone else.

  6. Margot is stunning! As I have gotten older I have definitely subscribed to the idea that less is more. I love natural, glowing skin and soft rosy lips and cheeks. I love a good cream blush that works on lips too. I still love my mineral powder to hid redness/acne scars but have found a little spray of dewy setting spray brings the glow back to my skin and keeps it looking more natural.

  7. Definitely love Margot Robbie she is very beautiful would love to have her nose and lips. Have always admired Angelina Jolie timeless beauty even with a good cosmetic surgeon some things are hard to attain.

  8. I’m not saying I like the way I look but I don’t want to look like anyone else either. If I was going to change anything on my face, it would be my nose. It’s a little too big and I recently heard that your nose and ears grow as you age. Yikes. But then if I changed my nose then I wouldn’t look like me.

  9. As much as I think Margot is such a stunning lady, I don’t wish to look like her. Sure there’s things I would like to change, but I don’t feel like I’d be “me” if I made such a drastic change.

  10. This is crazy. Who would go to a cosmetic surgeon and ask to look like somebody else? Firstly you just can’t .. you’ll never really look like them; and secondly .. why can’t people be happy with their own individuality?

  11. I certainly look in the mirror and wish I could change this, that, the other but in reality I wouldn’t take the risks for just a cosmetic improvement. And I definitely wouldn’t ask to look like anyone (even if I wish I’d been born looking like that!), at most it would be eg A nose like Margot’s. I think if you are asking to look like someone else you probably have some self-esteem issues

  12. Love Margot. The only changes I would like to my face are lifting my brows a bit as they are starting to slightly droop over my lids and some minor fillers to smooth out my undereye.

  13. Oh dear. I look a bit more like Prince Charles, but at my age nothing would make me look like these lovely ladies. Nor would I want to. Sorry. People tend to recognise me with my current face, so I’ll keep it thanks.
