When people think of Pamela Anderson, a smokey eye and ’90s nude lips tend to spring to mind. Followed closely by her signature skinny brows, of course. But Pamela Anderson makeup-free is a stunning sight, as the 55-year-old proved on the cover of WWD Magazine.

Without a stitch of foundation, the cover showcased Pamela’s beautiful freckles and bare skin with the only accessory being a diamond tiara sitting low on her forehead.

“I really feel powerful right now when everything’s very pared down,” she said in the accompanying interview. “I like to see my freckles. I like when my hair isn’t done. I like just a really fresh face.”

And if you’re wondering if Botox or fillers are playing a role, the actress said she’d rather age naturally.

“I don’t like those injections, and that doesn’t work on me,” she explained. “I want to see what’s going to happen.”

While the actress still rocks a full-glam on the red carpet, she also embraced being unfiltered for her Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story.

Throughout the 2-hour film, the actress tells her own story through personal videos and diaries, often speaking to the camera bare-faced.

The honest and raw documentary was released after a source told ET that the mini-series Pam & Tommy (starring Lily James) was made without Pamela’s approval.

Speaking on the subject in her own subsequent documentary, she said, “it gives me nightmares”.

“I have no desire to watch it,” she added.

  1. It would be nice if this was more genuine. One of two things (or both) definitely occurred here- she had work done before the photoshoot/ they have touched it up. In the photo at the top of the article she clearly has wrinkles right across her forehead in the magazine shoot they disappear in the middle of the forehead. Under the eyes as well. Although, they didn’t say no touch-ups etc, It would be nice to see a pure photo, ageing is natural and no women needs to think they are any less beautiful since many people around Pamela’s age would not think this is not all real.
