Now before you start thinking all manner of 80s make-up mistakes, I can assure you that the look was nothing like the OTT styles of the Flashdance era. In fact, it was totally hot.
Always the trendsetter, Nicole Richie took winged eyes to new heights by exaggerating her dramatic liner with a mimicking sweep of charcoal-blue shadow. I for one can’t wait for the chance to recreate this look!
Up in the Air star, Vera Farmiga offset her raspberry-ruffled Marchesa dress and matching lipstick with a light mix of baby blue and silver shadow. While it sounds like the colours would clash, they actually complemented each other really well, imparting a bright-eyed, youthful look.
J-Lo went low-key by teaming her steely shadow with a slick of nude lipstick and a light brush of pink blush, but made up for her make-up subtly with a wedding dress-esque Armani Prive gown complete with heavy train.
