Gwyneth Paltrow has been associated with several British icons. Her ex-husband and Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin (of course), and one other incredibly recognised and beloved English native: the Lift & Luminate Day & Night Serum ($54.99, Priceline).
Unsure exactly what we’re talking about? Allow us to refresh your memory. The beauty brand No7, which made its long-awaited launch into the Australian market last year, holds the impressive title of being the UK’s top selling skin care line.
“Everyone raves about No7 and their range of high quality cosmetics and cleansers,” the Goop founder told The Mirror as she reflected on her favourite things about the UK.
And it turns out Gwyneth isn’t alone in her love for this drugstore beauty brand. Gemma Chan is among its fan club telling You Magazine: “I swear by Boots No7 for their skin creams. I use their Protect and Perfect Intense Advanced Serum as well as their Early Defence Day Cream. It has It has UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor), but is still a lighter formula.”
So, whether you’re a long-standing fan or are yet to try No7, there’s never been a better time to stock up on product. Priceline is currently offering 30 per cent off selected items and we’ve rounded up everything we’ll be shopping during the sale.

No7 HydraLuminous Water Surge Gel
We say: Drench thirsty skin in No7’s silky oil-free gel. Suitable for all skin types but most loved by those who experience persistent dryness, this water-light texture will deeply nourish and hydrate the face post-cleansing.
You say: “I used this directly under make-up and encountered zero issues! My foundations sat nicely on top. I used this at night too and it left my skin quite nice in the morning. The container is nice and sleek.” – Cindz14

She is so lovely.
I have used a few No7. Nothing standout so far. I would never take advice from Paltrow though. She’s nuts.
I couldn’t agree more re Gwynth, @Ethelinde.
Haha! Sadly, true!
She strikes me as a bit of a snake oil salesman.
I probably wouldn’t go for these products but I like Gwynny, she is a character
The Boots No 7 brand is excellent. Gwyneth’s recommendations are not something I follow.

I haven’t heard great things about No 7 since it launched in Australia. I wouldn’t mind to try it for myself if I come across it but would not go out of my way to purchase
