Imagine if instead of making our New Year’s resolutions slightly intoxicated at 11.55pm on December 31st, we actually had to swear them in like a courtroom scene on TV. Sure, we swear to stick by these resolutions, all the resolutions and never stray from the resolutions… It might end up holding us to some unreasonable standards (because we know no one actually wants to run 10 kms everyday). But whether we be legally binded to, or inebriated while making our 2024 New Year’s resolutions, we still are hoping to set some totally achievable health-based resolutions.

#1 / Take your vitamins

Kicking it off with a very important PSA, we really don’t get enough vitamins from our everyday diet and lifestyle.   2. Eat healthier , more me time, keep up my exercise routine. Spend more time with my family and friends.

    I could WFH 3 days a week if I wanted to but I choose to work in the office every day, might reassess that this year.
