For the next little while, our outings will mainly consist of trips to the supermarket, but that doesn’t mean skin care has to get cut from the shopping list.
After all, what better time to discover the hidden gems at your local Coles or Woolies, many of which rival some of the top, premium brands.
And, when all of this is said and done, you may just continue your one-stop-shop supermarket venture. Your skin and bank account will thank you for it…

Main image credit: @mandymadd What are your favourite supermarket skin care buys
NEWS FLASH…..Coles has got Olay on special for 30% OFF! Bargain! I bought some Olay Whip moisturiser for $34.30, usually $49. I have seen Olay in various places for 50% off, but I was really desperate for some moisturiser, it was right there in front of me for a good price, and I get my Flybuys points.
Some good brands. I do like the Essano Vitamin C moisturiser. Will definitely try this one
I would like to try the Olay retinol night serum.
How can you forget Nivea body lotion?! I always get it when it is half price at with Coles or Woolies… they even sometimes stock it at ALDI during Special Buys
I like the biore skincare range, always makes my skin feel fresh!
Can you put them n the washing machine?
Great to hear about them – I've got my eye on those!
I want to try those Garnier eco reusable makeup pads! I love the looks of them.
I buy most of my skin care products from supermarkets – including brands like Sukin, Nivea, Glow Lab, Olay. What I can't get from supermarkets (e.g. Trilogy) I get from Chemist Warehouse.
Coles and Woolies often have Olay at 50% off
In supermarkets I tend to look for Grow Lab, Olay and Sukin – but only when they are half price!
I didn't know reusable pads are available! Reviews look good too!
essano is actually a great product and price range
I often buy supermarket skincare but splurge out occasionally on a special expensive brand.
Love essano ,loreal, olay, glow lab from supermarket!!
The concept for the Micellar Reusable Eco Pads is great but they weren’t for me (I reviewed them).
Love Sukin!
Only recently discovered Glow Lab and I’m loving it!
I have no issue buying skincare products from supermarkets and the good thing is if you’re not able to find it at one store, you can try another which is hopefully not too far.
