The verdict…
I have used organic and natural skincare in the past and have always found my skin does not respond much to this type of product. It doesn’t make me break out or irritate my skin, but it just never seemed to wow me.
However, I was very impressed with these products and I now consider myself a convert! After spying the gorgeous cream and black floral packaging, I fell in love and both bottles took pride of place on my bathroom shelf (I usually stash my skincare in the cabinet).
Both the Purifying Cleanser and Balancing Day Lotion have a refreshing lemon and honey scent – the perfect thing to wake up to in the morning! The cleanser has a pleasant light gel texture that rinses off quickly and the day lotion is a cream, not dissimilar to sunscreen, which I found could take a little while to absorb if I used too much.
I used both products together every day for two weeks and can honestly say that my skin has never felt or looked better! My skin is quite oily and tends to get shiny by lunchtime, but now I find that my skin stays matte all day and also has a healthy glow. I also managed to get through my usual monthly hormonal breakout without a pimple in sight!
Although this range is slightly pricey, I definitely believe the Living Nature Purifying Cleanser & Balancing Day Lotion are worth it and I would purchase both again. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with oily skin.
