Considering how expensive some skin care devices are, it’s hard to imagine that something so inexpensive like a facial ice roller could have so many benefits, but it can.
This user-friendly form of cryotherapy helps to enhance product absorption, minimise the appearance of pores and capillaries, soothes dry skin, balances oily skin, reduces inflammation and improves circulation too.
Some ice rollers can be stored in the fridge, which is great if you want to use them immediately. But some need to be frozen in the freezer. Word to the wise: remove your ice roller 10 minutes before use to allow it time to warm up and minimise the risk of chill burn.
Ready to use your ice roller? Apply your skin care as per usual and massage the product into your skin using the ice roller in upwards motions to reap its ‘face lifting’ benefits before you apply your makeup.

Have you tried an ice roller before?
Sounds most interesting
Never tried it before
Manicare Face Soothing Eye Gels would be lovely on a really hot day like it is in Perth today.
They’re not meant to be frozen, though – they might burst! I did it once accidentally & I’m not game to try it again.
My jade roller is cooling, but I might try popping it in the freezer.
Sounds so cooling
with 43 degrees here today In Perth that sounds delightful
I’m not convinced that these actually work.
Good for summer in the fridge
I use a quartz roller, should I store that in the fridge?
I thought I wanted something like this a while ago and I guess I just don’t think it’s important anymore.
I haven’t tried face rollers
I have never tried.
Interesting tool! I would imagine it would make my breakouts worse
