Chia Seeds
Superfoods such as Chia Seeds are packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins such as Vitamin A, E and C. “Nut and seed oils such as avocado, sunflower, macadamia, jojoba, safflower, blackcurrant and chia seed oils have incredible properties for the skin,” explains Danielle.

Hahaha, use is as much as you want if you have oily skin, for dry skin just decrease the dosage. Also make sure its in a serum form.
Vitamin C is a must but at small doses
