As beauty editors, we’re so lucky to have loads of beauty products at our disposal, but in no way does that dull our excitement when new goodies hit our desks!
To share the love, a bunch of our members gave these four new beauties a whirl, including a lush cleansing oil, smoky eyeliner, an instant microdermabrasion gel, and a super-smoothing shampoo and conditioner.

nu’trir nourishing cleansing oil
We say:
This luxurious cleansing oil removes make-up, impurities and dead skin cells for a nourished and hydrated complexion. It’s enriched with rosehip, sachi inichi and camu camu oils for softer, smoother skin.

“Coming in fuss-free, easy-to-use packaging, the oil itself has a lovely fresh scent and is a pleasure to use. Once massaged onto the face, the oil really does its job effectively – breaking down and removing make-up (even stubborn mascara) as well as nourishing skin. “If you are going to use an oil cleanser, this product is a great choice. The bottle is lovely and looks very luxurious. The pump style is easy to use, however the product itself is quite watery and runs away easily. It does not feel greasy or oily at all. When you rub it onto your face, it works up into a very light, creamy lather. The scent is very light and fresh, and quite natural rather than an artificial fragrance.” – vnv. Read more…

Eye of Horus Goddess Pencil in Black with Cosmetic Sharpener

“This eyeliner pencil is creamy and very, very pigmented. I’m a huge fan of smoky eyes and lining my waterline, and this pencil is perfect for that. The pencil applies smoothly and the creamy formula glides on easily and evenly. Once applied, you have about 40 seconds to smudge the line out if you want, using the rubber smudger on the end of the pencil. Once this pencil sets, it SETS. “I really liked this liner, and I would recommend it for a more dramatic look, not so much for a natural or everyday look, unless you’re into that sort of thing. Klara Cosmetics Reset Gel
We say:
This facial and body product has an instant microdermabrasion effect, lifting dead skin cells away from the skin while also unblocking and tightening pores. Simply dab it onto skin using circular motions, leave for two minutes and remove with a tissue.
