Thanks to Hailey Bieber and her glazed donut skin, we’re all unhealthily obsessed with peptides.
Intrigued by the benefits of popping peptides in skin care? Steal Hailey’s signature glaze with a stellar formula and see results in real time.
We see hydrated, firm skin, and optimised barrier function in your future. Here are seven of the best to snag…
SKINSTITUT EXPERT Reset Skin-Firming Peptide Serum
We say: This purple superstar is supported by a slew of skin-loving ingredients. Niacinamide, panthenol, Kakadu plum and hyaluronic acid all make an appearance alongside the star of the show – peptides. They all work together to firm and plump, and promote collagen production.

Boost Labs Multi-Peptide Anti-Ageing Serum
We say: The blend of peptides in this potent mix actively help to prevent the visible signs of ageing. How do they do this? By reinforcing barrier function and protecting skin from pollutants of course.
You say: “The consistency is very liquidy and it applies smoothly and is very moisturising. I thoroughly enjoyed it and still use it every night. There was no overnight change because for me, it sustains healthy skin and helps to keep it moisturised. I found that it was suitable for sensitive skin as when my skin was especially sensitive, it did not sting. If you’re looking for an affordable peptide that is no nonsense and does is job well, I would recommend this product without reservation.” – SydneySurfer

Have you tried a peptide serum? Tell us your thoughts…
I want to try the Boost Lab or The Ordinary one. I feel like I’m at the age where my skin would really benefit from some peptides in my routine
I am at the age my skin can benefit from everything !!
Great article. I feel like I’m at the age where my skin would really benefit from some peptides in my routine
Maybe I should give peptides a go. Next time at the shops will check them out.
Another product to think of -I get confused with the volume of ” so called beneficial products “
I have been reluctant to try a peptide focused serum. May need to reconsider this with a few good options mentioned in this article as a good starting point.
Not fussed. I do not look for them, but ok if in the formula
Yeah same with me
I have The Boost Lab one. Not smooth skin, I am over 35.
Wow ok I know what I’m popping into my cart next time I shop at iherb!
Same here! Love Iherb for my skincare products
I have yet to try them
I love the sounds of the Clear one because it’s anti-inflammatory.
I’ve been wanting to try The Ordinary buffet for a while.
I might try one of these products in the future.
I had to look up donut skin! I much prefer my donuts on the inside but some of these serums look interesting.
Yes I was confused with that statement too
I had to look it up as well. Sounded strange to me.
Yes, glazed donut skin just sounds weird!
Very weird, would like to see a picture of it.
I would try any /all of them but I do like the sound of Olay Regenerist Collagen Peptide24 Serum
More products to consider. I find it hard to keep up with everything. Perhaps I’ll try Peptides at some stage soon.
Yes Sootyhere there are too many products and must haves that it becomes very confusing
Some great price points
Some fantastic Serums available will have to try some.
I’ve tried the Boost Lab – very good. Must try some of these others.
I don’t think I’ve tried skincare solely focused on peptides
Advanced Clinicals Peptide Serum sounds like a budget friendly way to give Peptides a go. I love that BH does all the research and offers products to suit everyones budget.
Yes I have to watch my budget so it is great they look out for us all
I think I have the Boost Lab in my stash. I’ll have to give it a go.
No idea what the donut skin was …..
These serums sound lovely, there’s a few I’m keen to try
Glazed donut skin is not on my wish list. The Ordinary has good reviews
Layering serums and oils will give you the ‘glazed’ look. Not just a serum alone.
I probably have used peptides in my skincare, would love skin like Hayley Bieber although I highly suspect it’s due to genetics.
Our free printable coloring pages are a great resource for parents and teachers in the classroom or at home. To pass idle time or for unicorn-themed events, they are ideal!
Love the ordinary serums
I don’t like the name of this look at all, and it tends to put me off associated products.
Interesting article. Not sure whether I will try peptides anytime soon.
Always try to incorporate copper peptides regularly in my routine.
I quite like the Ordinary Buffet with copper
Weird way to describe skin and why would anyone want skin like this anyway
I haven’t tried any of these
Both the Boost one & The Ordinary have been on my radar for a while.
so donut skin is shiny glazy skin?
I’ve got the Boost one, looking forward to using it
‘Glazed donut skin’, now there’s an expression I haven’t heard before.
Would love to try the Boost Lab one
Interesting. I would like to try some of these.
Some of the brands not familiar. But i am happy to try them.
Wonderful products and a great read thanks, would like to give these a try.
copper peptides are amazing
Some interesting products, despite the last thing I want my face looking like – a glazed donut! 😂
wonderful products, thanks for sharing this.
Boost Labs Multi-Peptide Anti-Ageing Serum sounds like a good one to try and the price is not over the top. In fact it is very reasonable.
I don’t understand what peptides are :S
I don’t know what these products do?
Oo I recently bought the ordinary products which i’m looking forward to trying ive heard a lot of good things on their products. I have yet to try the serums
