What ingredients should you look for in a moisturiser for mature skin?

Well first off, let’s start with a couple of reminders. 1. Drink your water, it’s necessary. 2. Avoid piping hot showers, or at least leave your face out of the firing line.

For key ingredients in your skin care, look for collagen supporting, ultra-hydrating picks like ceramides, hyaluronic acids and peptides, along with any other lusciously nourishing oils.

  1. Yes I’m 37 and starting to notice the changes and am thinking what hydration and foundations might serve me better. Starting to get some extra dryness and foundation or tinted moisturiser sometimes looks a bit like cracked floor tiles.

  2. Some of these are way too expensive. Do they work though? Guess will have to read some reviews. If they are going to have an article about mature skin, why is the photo of someone in their 20s?
