We’ve got a big secret. It’s a HUGE skin care secret: the key to glowing, radiant skin.
Ingredients like collagen and vitamin C work to boost your internal health and reflect their benefits externally. They do say, you are what you eat. So add revitalising ingestible beauty products to your beauty regimen and get ready to experience skin like no other.
Before we get into it, we need to put a little PSA out there. While vitamin, protein and mineral supplements are a fantastic way to get in the extra nutrients that may be lacking from your body, it’s recommended to always first check in with your doctor before starting a new supplement.
And with that said, let’s find out how to get your best skin from within with ingestible beauty products…
The best ingestible beauty products in Australia

Swisse Collagen Renew Skin + Stress Powder
We say: If taking a tablet is so not something you can do, we get that. Easily blend this berry-flavoured powder with a glass of water for your daily hit of vitamins. Not only does this powder contain skin-boosting and reparative collagen but it also contains ashwagandha. The inclusion of ashwagandha may not be beneficial to your hair, skin or nails, but it sure helps regulate your nervous system, even helping your body manage the effects of stress.
You say: “The taste was like berries and very pleasant and reminds me of the flavour of the Skin Physics Collagen Powder product. This Swisse powder goes a light berry colour when mixed up and it dissolves pretty easily. I like that it does contain some vitamin C as it’s complimentary with the collagen for the body. I recently wanted to boost my internal collagen supply so I thought I’d give this a go.” – clearcrystalwater

You say: “A little while ago my skin was in the middle of an acne binge on my face with the main focus being on my cheeks, chin and the odd one on my forehead. These tablets are designed both for the face and body and I do get the odd cluster of small bumps on my shoulders and upper back and these have now completely cleared since taking these. I haven’t had any side effects and I found the tablets very easy to take and swallow. Took about a week to see obvious clearing and results happening.
