Anything too rich makes me break out or get milia, so I prefer gels or serums. I like eye masks, too.
I’ve tried a couple of these and didn’t notice any difference.

Some good choices but way too costly for some.
I’ve noticed a definite reduction in my under-eye puffiness since starting to use this Dermal MD under-eye serum. Not a lot of wrinkle reduction, but it doesn’t really claim to do that. I think it’s a good deal for good moisturizers that really reduce puffiness under my eyes😎😎
I received the Grand Nature one in a RR a while ago but am running out so might reorder. It’s nice and hydrating, not sure that it does much for my eye bags though.
