The biggest concern for women when it comes to ageing is the firmness or plumpness of their skin deteriorating, this often comes along with fine lines and skin dehydration, says Hutch. “As we age, there are many changes that happen in the skin…loss of hydration, loss of structure and loss of energy. [Specific] ingredients can help support the skin during these changes,” explains Hutch, noting her must-haves as Q10, creatine, collagen and hyaluronic acid.
One of the most exciting developments in anti-ageing technology, explains Hutch is the utilising of ingredients that are naturally occurring in the skin and “understanding how boosting these can have a profound impact.” One of these ingredients is hyaluronic acid, as it “supports the skin’s regeneration, which increases its ability to retain water,” and stay hydrated for longer. Hyaluronic acid “has an amazing ability to bind and hold water – up to 1000 times its weight,” and a hydrated complexion Hutch explains “means skin looks firmer, smoother and re-plumped.”
“Q10 and creatine are [also] powerful actives that are found naturally in the skin. As we age these levels decrease which then leaves the skin with less energy to regenerate,” says Hutch. By applying these ingredients topically, it helps to boost the skin’s energy to fight fine lines and wrinkles, as well as help smooth and even texture. Similarly, collagen is found naturally in the skin. As the protein responsible for the firm nature of your skin when you’re young, it depletes with age. Collagen infused skin care works to improve the skin’s natural function of regenerating healthy collagen, assisting is restoring plumper complexion and youthful glow.
When it comes to incorporating them into your routine; cleansing, toning, using a serum, day and night cream and an eye cream are all helpful steps. As well as using products that have specific anti-ageing ingredients such as Q10, creatine, collagen and hyaluronic acid, helping keep your skin healthy and hydrated while still targeting anti-ageing concerns.

I do hear a lot of good comments about this brand! I really want to try it but I have to be honest and say that the packaging looks boring! (sorry just had to say that as it doesn't appeal to me ; /
I find the heating from air conditioner in winter can do that to my skin – using a serum day and night underneath my moisturisers can add that extra layer of protection though.
I have their lip balm – I might use it today! See how it goes.
Yeah it's a cute photo of them together! Love seeing this! Both gorgeous.
