Welcome to Beauty Insider April 2024. Where each month we bring you all of the latest beauty news, the best new product launches and the beauty brands we think should be on your radar. It’s a must-read for any beauty lover who wants to be in the know.
Big news in beauty
- April has been a very exciting time for Zoë Foster Blake and Go-To Skincare. Not only did the brand celebrate its 10th birthday (happy double-digits Go-To) but they also made it into the top 10 highest-grossing celebrity beauty brands. (Source: Upbeat) Basically Go-To are all-round crushing it. And we can’t wait to see what’s next on the cards.
- Teaming up with the Aussie founder of ingestible beauty powerhouse Vida Glow (Anna Lahey), Rita Ora has announced her latest venture: TypeBea. The incredibly exciting haircare launch is here to focus on helping your hair health, no matter your hair type or texture. And while it hasn’t officially hit shelves yet, we’re keen to see where Rita takes us on the hair-embracing journey.
- ICYMI: Justice Professional (the Sydney-based haircare saviours) have made record sales after going completely viral across TikTok. But what caused it to make such a stir across the social platform? Well it’s all thanks to the 10 Second Hair Miracle treatment. The nourishing (ultra-quick) in-shower treatment is said to rival the likes of Olaplex and K18, but for a fraction of the price. We suggest getting your hands on it before it sells out!
The best beauty launches this month
Clarins Multi-Active Day & Night Creams

Dr Naomi C Bright
This hard-hitting vitamin C serum is the latest launch from Dr. Naomi’s cosmeceutical range of skin-loving products. We’re going to tell you all about the luscious nourishing goodness inside the packaging. But firstly, we’ve got to tell you about the cleverly designed outside. Much like other products in the range, the product is housed in a refillable container (eco-friendly always wins), that also happens to save you a few dollars when you top up too. As for the skin tone appearance-boosting serum itself, this nourishing multifaceted fave aims to not only brighten, but also firm and tighten. Yep. And the extra added bonus? It doesn’t have that sticky feeling some other vitamin Cs come with; instead it feels luxuriously velvety.

So, it turns out the people that know brows (Benefit Cosmetics) also have a really incredible knack for pores. From their pore-vanishing primer to their latest skin-loving launches, Benefit have concreted their position in our hearts as the leaders in the art of pore-fecting. Technically not next in the order of application, but nonetheless. This serum works to seal in all your skin care goodness. Yep, no more sticky pillow time. And if being a locking barrier isn’t already good enough, this serum features its own skin-resurfacing blend of nourishing acids. And lastly, a Hydro Pop of encapsulated essence. Arbonne Skin Elixir Collagen Builder with Hyaluronic Acid
Collagen supplements have steadily been on the rise over the last few years, with more and more brands coming out with their own formulations. While others worked on perfecting the taste (a major factor in the ingestible beauty game). Arbonne have recently released their Açaí flavoured elixir, and boy have they packed a lot of skin-supporting ingredients in there. As always, talk to a health care professional before taking a dietary supplement, but if you’re looking to add in a collagen-supporting (think hair, skin and nails) step to your routine then this tasty addition could be it.
