Nursing Tea

Weleda nursing tea is the most important thing I tried to help with the milk supply with my baby number two, as I had very low milk supply. I started noticing difference in the milk supply within few days, enjoyed the herbal flavour, It has that great refreshing taste and most importantly that it’s caffeine free so even better. Also it is a bit pricy but it’s definitely worth the money. It is available at most of the supermarket, pharmacies and health stores! I would highly recommend to new mother who is struggling to feed the baby!

I have been drinking about 3-4 cups of Weleda Nursing Tea throughout lactation (except a few weeks when I ran out out of this and not been able to re-stock immediately). The taste is very herbal but it was something that I eventually got used to. Because I ran out at one stage, I tried to use a substitute but I don't think they are the same - my milk supply seemed to have dropped quite quickly! So I stuck to Weleda for the rest of the breastfeeding period and I was very happy with it.
