Vitamin C 10% Brightening Booster Serum

I've been using the Swisse Vitamin C 10% Brightening Booster Serum for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with the results! The serum is lightweight but hydrating. My skin definitely feels brighter and my overall skin tone looks more even. Less redness and blotchiness. I'm really pleased with this serum and would definitely recommend it to others especially if you're looking to brighten your skin and even out your tone. Just be sure to patch test first if you have sensitive skin. Also Vitamin C can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so be sure to wear sunscreen every day, rain or shine.

I received the Swisse Vitamin C 10% Brightening Booster serum as one of my Rewards room purchases. I like that it is a natural product with no hidden nasties. It comes in a recyclable glass bottle with a pump applicator and a cap on top of this. It is easy to use. It has a cloudy yellow appearance and feels soft on. It is easy to apply, absorbs well and quickly enough to be able to apply moisturiser almost straight away. I like it better than the Boost Lab Vitamin C Booster Serum (that I also bought in the Rewards Room as a comparison) as it feels and looks more luxurious in texture.

I do love this Vitamin C brightening serum! Without being oily or thick, it is thoroughly absorbed into every pore, without clogging my skin. It leaves a light, refreshing film over my face and neck, adds a vibrance to my looks straight away, and a much smoother and brighter complexion altogether after a week of daily (I recommend twice daily) use. I like to use this morning and night after cleansing and in conjunction with my moisturising and hydration regime, which has changed recently due to my having relocated to the tropics. On very hot and humid days, this serum can be used in place of a moisturiser as a basic staple that's nourishing and restorative - I really feel it doing my skin a lot of good. I'm also really happy I can use this prior to applying makeup without it disturbing it. I'll continue to use this product and I recommend it for any skin type and to anyone who wants an easy way to take better care of their skin with a natural and rejuvenating everyday treatment!

I started using the Swisse Vitamin C 10% Brightening Booster Serum after reading online about the benefits of serums, particularly vitamin C serums, for the skin. Unfortunately after using this product for a while I'm just not sure I see any results on my complexion! The product itself is nice, I like that it comes in a glass bottle so it has a more expensive feel, and the serum is very pleasant smelling. It smooths into the skin easily, although it does leave a very mild tackiness. I have been using this prior to my moisturiser morning and night. In terms of results, my skin looks relatively the same as it did before I started using it. I'm really not sure if this does anything, at least for my particular skin type. I'm going to finish the bottle but then go back to just using my moisturiser alone, as that seems to do the trick for keeping my skin happy!
