Scott Cornwall Decolour Remover is a super strength formula, specially created to remove permanent colour and dark build-up. Formulated with no ammonia, bleach or peroxide and a premium, double conditioning protein system, hair health is retained throughout the removal process. Unwanted dark or tonal colours are immediately removed without stress or trauma to the hair. This product cannot reverse lightening effects, on natural shades, from peroxide or bleach based products.
