• Vitex agnus-castus (Chasteberry) fruit 100mg
• Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng) root 500mg

Plus:

• Tyrosine 250mg
• Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 450mg equiv. Calcium 103.5mg
• Folic acid (vitamin B9) 90 mcg
• Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 5 mcg
• Suitable for vegans and vegetarians

Directions:

• Adults only: 1-2 tablets twice daily, once in the morning with breakfast and once 30 minutes before bed.
• Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
