Natural Glow + Firming Daily Moisturiser (Medium to Deep)

I wouldn't say this item was anything to write home about, but it was okay! I have an olive skin tone and always dream for a product that will give it a bit more oomph, but I can't say that this really gave me that. I'm not sure if it is just me, but I can't say I really noticed much of a difference in firming or tanning from this product but it was still a nice moisturiser and it wasn't too heavy which is always nice.

I have olive skin and in the warmer months I have a really nice tan.. But in winter, it is a whole other story. This year I have felt like I have really lost my tan and it make me very sad. And then, you know, the whole winter, dry skin thing.... sigh Well not any more! I really like JERGENS Natural Glow + Firming Daily Moisturiser. As with any other moisturiser, it is easy to use. Just squeeze it out and rub in on, and in. But unlike things with tan in it, this one is easy to use. There is no worries about it getting on clothes, or being orange or streaky. It is natural and get darker as you use it consistently. Bonus tan woo hoo. So funny story... my dog loves moisturiser. When ever I put in on she comes running over for a lick. I dont know what it is, but she can smell it from anywhere. No matter if it is hand cream, face cream, moisturiser, anything. I try to run away from her when I have in on and sometimes end up being chased around the house. Obviously, I want to keep the moisturiser on my skin, not it her mouth. I am sure it isnt any good for her, but somehow she is crazed by it. ANYWAY... the point of the story is, that she didnt even look up when I put this one on. Finally a moisturiser that I have all to myself!!

I trialled this product for a total of 7 days and during this time, 5 days out of 7, I used this moisturiser to gain a natural and healthy tan. The more you use it the darker your skin will appear. I was quite happy that this moisturiser was easy to use, it dried quickly, without leaving any streaks or sticky-tacky feel. It also left skin hydrated through out the day and there wasn’t any chemical scent left behind. After a day or so, I did begin to notice my skin to darken and overtime maintained a healthy medium tan shade on my skin. I have post pregnancy cellulite and stretch marks and towards the end of the trial week, I found some cellulite and stretch marks around my tummy and thighs to have minimised it’s appearance. I wouldn’t say it had disappeared as I could still see it. Best of all, this is a lazy girl’s tried and tested product approved.

This stuff is seriously amazing. I barely ever use regular fake tan anymore because this gives me a pretty deep tan after only a few uses. After applying it once in the morning, I'll have a slight golden tan by the end of the day, and after using it two more times, my tan is as deep as it would be with any regular tanner. The biggest reason I love this so much is how long it lasts on me. If I moisturise every day by mixing a small amount of this with a regular body moisturiser (I use Vaseline cocoa glow), it lasts up to two weeks on me before it starts fading.

What could be better than a body moisturiser? One that leaves your skin with a gorgeous, natural looking tan! Theres no need to use a tanning mousse or tanning mitts because this does the trick and with much less effort. I use it everyday after my shower and I have noticed that my legs look like they got a natural tan as if I had been laying out at the beach. It doesn't leave skin looking streaky nor orange. It has a wonderful scent, it doesn't leave any stains on clothes and it absorbs really easily. Plus my legs stay super soft and smooth. You can use it anywhere on your body that you could use some hydrating and a bit of colour. As for the firming part I cannot really say that I have seen a difference. Besides that it's simply great for those who don't like to use fake tan or can't be bothered to go through that much effort.
