The top name of 2017 for girls, Charlotte, has kept the top spot for three years in a row. And when it comes to boy names, Oliver has been the top name for four years in a row.
Classic names like Thomas, Jack and William still remain on the top 10 list of boy names. The top 10 for girls saw two newcomers added to the list Mason and Harper. And apparently it’s the first time Emily has missed the top 10 girl’s name list in 10 years.
The complete list of top names comprises of 100 monkiers with plenty of floral pretties included such as Lily, Willow, Violet, Poppy, Jasmine, Rose and Daisy.
We also love that the Royal names got a mention in the top 100 list. Charlotte came in at number one thanks to Prince William and Kate Middleton giving birth to the princess in May 2015. While the new prince, Louis, only came in at number 72, it won’t be long before he climbs the ladder to the top 10.
