While we’ve got the inside industry knowledge to keep you in the loop, beautyheaven is more than an online magazine; it’s a community, where members are empowered to create their own personal beautyheaven by customising their experience, reviewing products, interacting with us and other members and contributing content. Who reviews the products in beautyheaven?
We write about the products we’ve tried and members can review products listed in beautyheaven too. There is also a Trial Team of beautyheaven members who write reviews for us. The Trial Team reviews both products that are listed in beautyheaven and ones that are not.
Members must be signed in to write reviews of the buys they’ve tried. We invite members to be honest about their experience with any product, but we ask that reviews are also helpful for other readers. Find out what makes a review most helpful here.
How do I find products?
Beautyheaven has an ever-expanding database of products from luxury, popular and cult beauty brands. You’ll find it on the homepage under Find products by. Easier to navigate than your average department store floor, the database can be searched by specific product name or brand, product type (eg. cleanser), skin or hair type, ingredient (eg. AHA), keyword (eg. blue).
Alternatively, you can simply browse brands and products by category. Just go to the Products tab on the top navigation bar and take it from there!
Which brands have their products listed in beautyheaven?
Loads. Go to all brands (under the Products tab on the top navigation bar) for an A-Z.
How can I buy the products listed in beautyheaven?
Beautyheaven offers visitors the opportunity to purchase a selection of beauty products from its extensive database. This is facilitated only through authorised distribution channels. This means that when you click on the BUY button next to a featured product, you are directed to an official Australian distributor of that brand. Beautyheaven only works with official distributors in order to ensure that the products you purchase are genuine.
If there is no BUY button next to the product that you want, look for the stockist number/details or web address on the top right of the brand listing.
What is the relationship between beautyheaven and the websites which sell the products?
Beautyheaven is a publisher and the official beauty brands which sell products through their own websites are called merchants. When you choose to purchase a product using the button on beautyheaven you are actually purchasing that product from one of our merchants. While beautyheaven works closely with merchants so that we can guarantee genuine products, and we are happy to help with any queries regarding information on the brands, in the case of product returns, delivery issues or refunds please contact the merchant directly. Merchant contact details/phone numbers are listed on beautyheaven.
The brand/product I am looking for doesn’t have a listing on beautyheaven. How can I find out about it?
Not every brand has signed up to list their products in beautyheaven yet. But we’re working on it! If you want to see a particular brand in beautyheaven or need info you can’t find online, drop us an email at editorial@beautyheaven.com.au. We’ll do our best!
