Rosie’s radiant skin and softly shadow-lined eyes accentuates her natural beauty, while leaving the spotlight free for a punchy terracotta-nude lip.

At first glance this is all about the brows and glow, but take a closer peak and you’ll see some freckles poking through. Skin wins.

Tightlining is a great technique to keep the eyes defined for photos, without taking away any length from the lashes.

This look is all about the little touches. Think light layers, subtle shadows and a few single lash falsies to open up the eyes.

We brow down to this classic beauty. If you’re wearing a strapless gown, a little illuminator on the collarbone can go a long way.

Sometimes glowing skin, a subtle smokey eye and gloss is all you need.

If you’re a fan of colour, there’s ways it can be worked in without overwhelming your entire look. A little emerald on the centre of the eyelid here is subtle but stunning.

Not all brides wear white, and not all brides favour beige makeup. Go for gold with your eyes if you’re a fan of glitz and glitter. A berry lip always makes for a good match too.

If you’re a big fan of the smokey eye, try this one for size. Controlled, but still sultry, it defines the eye without taking over the entire lid. Stunning.

If you’re having a beach or location wedding, bronzer is your best-on-ground. A dusting on the eyes, cheekbones and down the centre of the nose will give you that sunkissed, happy-bride glow.

My favourite is Gemma Chan who has a more natural look. I was particularly struck by the heavy eyebrows in most of the girls.
Definitely preferred the more natural looks over the heavier bolder eyes and smokiness
I am doing my own wedding makeup- getting married this year and I’m SO excited!! I’m a big fan of the more natural looks, to mainly enhance features. My skin is olive toned, so I’m thinking some nice champagne colour on my eyes for a slight bit of shimmer, false lashes and a pink tint lip. I want to glow and look my best, but look like myself too
I like to steal weddingy ideas for everyday. Why not!?! : D (not the whole lot at once – just an idea here or there)
