Victoria Beckham is fast becoming our go-to celebrity when it comes to beauty advice. And heck, it’s not an easy title to snag considering we’ve got so many to choose from. Whether it’s JLo’s contour hack or Eva Longoria’s advice on the best non-surgical treatment in the bizz, it feels as though every A-lister has a pearl of beauty wisdom they’re eager to share.
However, no matter how many recommendations we may receive, one thing remains true: VB’s regular brow tutorials and nighttime skin care routines are always a clear highlight.
And luckily for us, she’s back with another: nose contouring.
Victoria Beckham’s nose contouring technique
Jumping onto the place where all major beauty moments go down (TikTok), Victoria demonstrated exactly how she’s using the Victoria Beckham Beauty Contour Stylus in the shade ‘Sandstone’ ($60 at Victoria Beckham Beauty) to sculpt and refine her nose.
“I’ve never had a nose job,” she said. “I’ve heard so many times that I have, I’ve just always been a fan of contouring and creating the illusion of a longer, finer and more refined nose.”
However, as many of us have learnt the hard way, that chiseled-sculpt we wish to achieve with contouring is always only one incorrect placement or heavy-handed outline away from turning into a mess.
“I draw two lines down my nose and a little ‘V’ on the tip,” she said, beginning as every other nose contour does. However, it’s VB’s next step that is something entirely new to us.
“Then I draw a couple of lines either side as well,” she continued, using the thin-tipped contour crayon to shade down the outside of her nose, sitting just above her nostrils.
As far as blending goes, Victoria carefully uses her fingers, “making sure that I am keeping the centre part clear of product because I want it to be lighter,” she explained.
And there we have it: “making the nose look longer, slimmer and more narrow.”

After a similar product to VB’s? We recommend the Skin O2 3D Face Stick – Contour & Highlight ($40 at Skin O2).
What do you think of Victoria’s nose contouring technique? Have you ever tried to contour your nose?
It looks quite good, I have never tried contouring.
I just don’t have the patience to follow these tutorials. My nose is long and slim enough anyway.
I guess if it was an important date perhaps? the time spent would be worth it.
Why do people still do these things i wonder? Thought IG popularity would drop a bit now after AI filtering and seeing how weird brown “shading” looks in real life on daylight
moderated? too many words? lol
oh wow i’ve never contoured my nose! I would probably rub it off some stage during the day so probably not worth it for me :- 0
I agree -another step in the morning -no thanks
Victoria is selling her products and I don’t believe her nose needs this.
yeah I wouldn’t have noticed any difference either
This is actually really helpful. I’m starting to like her more lol
Maybe I’ll give it a try
I couldn’t be bothered with this.
I couldn’t either, but it does look good.
i start work early, so just no time for all these extra steps
Fair enough but I don’t feel the need to contour my nose or buy the product
No another fad unless you have a really fat nose.
Good Chrystalage it is healthy to be happy with you and not always looking to change every little thing.
You make a good point about self acceptance.
I’ve never thought of contouring my nose before
No a nose is just a nose. Not something I dwell on but if I was selling cosmetics I probably would try lots of different skills
I’m too scared to try contouring. Knowing me, it would not end well…
Likewise 🙂
I personally couldn’t be bothered but I’m also happy with my nose as is
Keep in mind: this stuff only looks good in photos. In real life it looks off.
good point Priyanka705
Yes, I hadn’t thought of that.
I have never tried it so will take your advise
Victoria Beckham certainly has a lot of the contour on her nose, I only ever use a very light contour on the sides of my nose.
If I’m going full glam I sometimes do a tiny bit of contour on the sides of my nose. I often do beneath my jaw, too.
Too much effort for me
I love trying contouring but it just looks dirty on me
I haven’t ever given anything like this a try.
I always fail when contouring.
I really need to learn how to contour it’s the best thing at the moment
I need to learn contouring to make my nose look smaller not longer! Eh I probably wouldn’t have time anyway. Even when it’s just me going out and I don’t have to give opinion on others outfits It’s always “mum where’s the bread or I can’t find the remote” big sigh
