In this month’s #Reglam, bh’s Zoe is recreating Emily’s scarlet eye makeup look from this year’s Golden Globes. It’s only March, but we’re calling it: 2018 is the year of bright eye makeup. And Emily’s striking eye makeup look is Exhibit A. Bold eye looks like this one works best with a minimalistic outfit and simple jewellery. Emily chose to wear hoop earrings and wore her hair down in a middle part.
