, Maybelline New York Color Sensational Made For All Lipstick is a lipstick with a creamy formula that delivers a soft, comfortable feel. Formulated using specially selected pigments and tested on 50 diverse skin tones, it features six universal shades designed to suit all skin tones.  During this trial many members trialled colours that they wouldn’t usually have chosen, and most were pleasantly surprised at how well the colours suited them. Those that would usually only wear more natural tones were trialling shades like fuschia, red, plum and mauve and found that the colours suited them more than they expected.  The Trial Team enjoyed how moisturising the Maybelline New York Color Sensational Made For All Lipstick formula was, and generally liked the fact that as well as being creamy, the lipstick was also long lasting, staying put throughout the day. The triallers found that instead of flaking off in patches, the lipstick would gradually fade to a slight hint of colour.  Some members thoughtthe lipstick a little too creamy for their tastes, and found they had to use a lip liner to keep it in place. This opinion was rare however, with most people finding the lipstick effective on its own.  *Based on a survey of 50 beautyheaven Trial Team members. kyou Beautyheaven for choosing me to test another great product. Todays product is Maybelline Colour Sensational Made for All Lipstick trial. I have to tell you that I do have a few different Maybelline products, but I have never tried their lipsticks and was very excited to give it a go. The colours that I had were 379 Fuchsia For Me and 385 Ruby For Me.I loved the bright colour cover over the lipstick. The lipstick has a firm consistency and glides on to your lips with no fuss. The lipstick lasted during the day, even with all the coffee I drank and it left no lipstick marks, a definite plus. I loved the 385 Ruby for Me, it is the perfect colour, I did like the 379 Fuchsia For Me, but not as much as the Ruby for Me. I would definitely recommend this product to all lipstick lovers, and I am very keen to try some new colours as well.”…read more reviews here

ct for a night out with the girls

not usually a maybelline fan but this lipstick won me over. I loved the texture of this lipstick. It glided on smooth and had a lovely smell to it also. I used it for both day and night. It worked great as an all day lipstick as it didn’t dry my lips out. And for night was perfect when sipping on wine it never smudged and lasted. I have sensitive skin and had no reactions at all to this product and I’m also breastfeeding and found it was safe to use. This line of Maybelline lipsticks come in six different lip colours to match most womens skin tone. The two colours I received were Pink for Me 376 and Red for Me 382. Red is not a colour that I would normally pick but I really did like the lipstick for a colour change. I loved the pink hue on me and my skin tone is olive/tan.”…read more reviews here

surprisingly fabulous

s excited to receive not one but two great colours to trial. Ruby for me #385 which is a deep red and fuchsia for me #379, which is a deep pink. Both colours are much darker than I would normally wear on a day to day basis. I prefer more nude or slightly pink tones with my fair complexion. However, I did enjoy trying them out and received lovely compliments when they were seen. The lipstick glides on easily with no lip preparation beforehand. Feels really comfortable to wear, my lips feel moisturised and I love the fresh slightly coconuty smell of the lipsticks. The lipstick did not bleed past my lips, even with no lip liner. However, I did find it gathered in the creases of my lips. I do tend to ‘eat’ my lipstick off, which is why I don’t tend to wear dark colours during the day. So it needed to be reapplied often. I surprisingly liked darker shade I received more; ruby for me. And will definitely be wearing it on my next night out. Both shades blotted down are also lovely on shopping trips and girly lunches. You do need makeup remover to remove these darker shades. The colour swatches I did on my hand look amazing with the light reflecting off them, but would remain without makeup remover! ded all expectations

ve been trialling 2 of the Maybelline New York ‘Made For All’ lipstick collection, ‘Pink For Me’ and ‘Mauve For Me’. Firstly, I liked the classy but under-stated packaging and instantly ooh’d and ahh’d at the colours. But, hey, I’m 67yo, I’ve been fooled before, BUT I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by this product. The lipsticks are a sort of satin/matte mix that simply glide onto my lips and STAY!! plus the colours seemed to suit my complexion which is draw-droppingly astounding at my age. During this trial period co-incidentally my ‘girl posse’ (lol) and I were pub gathering for Mother’s Day. 6 sceptical old Baby Boomers of all varying shades of grey (boom boom) were eager to try the product (antiseptic wipes, own lip brushes etc etc) and without exception they all gave the ‘thumbs-up’. The colours seemed to clairvoyantly adjust and then change again with either a light or heavy-handed application. You are in control. Absolutely amazing! Conclusion: this lipstick exceeded all expectations in quality, application, softness, durability, value and colour. We all loved it.”…read more reviews here

lipstick is well packaged and the product lives up to the promise of the presentation

ied both lipsticks provided. The red was too intense for my colouring. I have red hair and fair skin. However if I put this on first thing in the morning and go over this with a less intense colour, the colour lasts for ages. The red gets less intense too. It would be a wonderful colour for those with dark hair. I loved the other colour provided which was the most wonderful neutral colour – neither pink nor mauve – giving the most natural colour to my lips. It also wasn’t too pale either which often is the case with the more “nude” colours. Great lipstick which I will definitely buy again.”…read more reviews here
